S. t. I.I take my pole fitness classes here with Gemini Pole Studio, the instructors at which are all lovely amazing people!
A range of classes are taught here, including several ballet classes, pole fitness and Zumba.
The studio itself is nice and well-located and the staff are friendly.

S.Love using Bird Studios for my weekly fitness fix but the classes are straight after each other which doesn't allow time for people and sweat to clear. also, the studio I tend to be in does not have windows that open, further adding to the sweating smell long after the previous participants have left the building. Please fix the windows so that they open and allow 10 minutes between classes for stragglers to leave and set up.
