I would highly recommend these classes. I just went to try it and two years down the line I am still trying and cannot get enough of it. Helen it is a very good teacher who knows how to keep the positive spirit and make every single muscle to work and shape. She makes the classes very interesting and challenging and finds the right balance between fitness and enjoyment.

I was looking for this kind of school for long time. For me is very important to learn technique and choreography in dance. The program that Helen created and teaching in her school is really very professional and is targeted on a result.
I joined this bellyfitness school in September. I've learned a lot of staff since then.
Couldn't even imagine that in couple of month time there will be such a significant progress. The only regret is I didn't start earlier. It is amazing to see what difference give to your body posture these classes. And how many absolutely beautiful movements now my body is able to perform.
Also belly dance is extremely important for woman's energy and wellbeing. It increases our strength and endurance, good for the muscle elasticity and joints flexibility. So is an amazing way for those who is after some versatility in exercising routine.
In addition to this the atmosphere in this school is very pleasant and uplifting, so we also have a lot of fun during our classes.
Despite It takes me, and some of the our girls, more than 1 hour to get to the place, and the same time we spend to get home after the classes (... I'm a full time employee) I am very happy to attend this school.
