Reviews of Tango Amistoso

Winston and Silvia are great teachers - professional, kind and very friendly. Attending Tango Amistoso classes is always lots of fun. Community feeling is very strong, this is the place where you will feel welcome and make new friends.

Friendly & welcoming people, great atmosphere and music, very lo-key and no pressure so you can actually enjoy the dancing rather than think you aren't of the right standard. Good mix of dancers and everyone is happy to dance with everyone else...can not recommend these guys high enough. If you enjoy tango and are in the area drop in!

A five star review not only for Tango Amistoso but also five stars for Winston and Silvia for creating this warm and friendly environment; both very approachable and welcoming. Always very good tandas selection and non-stop dancing for everyone. Hope to see you there ;)

Friendly informal practica close to a tube station. Good place to reinforce learning and try dancing with different partners. Organisers are very friendly and welcoming!

I agree all the previous comments. However for me most importantly this is a new format where partners can work on new 'pasos' or teach each other at the side and off the 'pista' and then rejoin the 'ronda' of other dancers ie back into milonga mode. This has not been done before and works really well. Amistoso is becoming more popular. Well done Winston and Sylvia for the new concept.

Friendly people, great traditional tandas, a nice floor, and all that for five quid. What more could you want?
