I started at Sugar a year ago after moving to Northampton, the girls and teachers were very welcoming and my pole has continued to progress which is always good. It's a very lovely studio with a great atmosphere in every class, we always have a laugh and learn new things. If you're interested in trying pole then I'd recommend <3

Beautiful studio, lots of height so the poles are high! Great friendly atmosphere and a real feeling of support from the rest of the students in the class :). It's definitely a no judgement studio, so it's perfect for people who are brand new to the pole world and may feel intimidated to come to their first class. SPF welcomes you with warm arms!! (Probably from pole burns, but the welcome is always warm! ;) Come and join us! :)

I don't really know where to start. I love Sugar Pole Fitness so much...Mari and all the instructors are amazing and so supportive! From someone who had absolutely zero upper body strength when I first took the leap and started, to almost three years later I'm still there and doing things I never could even think of being able to...and it's so much fun!! All that and I have gained a whole bunch of amazing friends too! Love the SPF family xxxxx

I’ve been attending Sugarpole fitness for 6 months and it was the best decision I’ve ever made joining this pole family. Always supportive encouraging and so much fun. Mari, Vanessa, and all the other instructors are amazing!!! 7 years on and I’m still attending Sugarpole fitness which says plenty in itself. The teachers are still amazing and Ariel Hoop classes are run as well which are so much fun and I highly recommend. The studio is lovely and everyone is always supportive !

Sugar pole is the best pole dancing school in the area. A mixture of routines and moves with 6 week courses and drop in sessions available. The teachers are enthusiastic and helpful and everyone is very welcoming
