Z.I cannot recommended The Workshop Studios highly enough. Cat and the team are amazing : their passion and positivity is infectious and the value placed on respect, commitment and teamwork enables students to flourish at the same time as having a lot of fun. My son loves every minute of his time with The Workshop Studios and Legacy family and, as parents, we have enjoyed watching the progress he has made. If you have a child who is interested in the wide variety of classes on offer, they will be warmly welcomed by the staff and students alike. It really is like having a second family.
E. H.My 7 years old daughter is with The Workshop Studios for over two years now and she loves it. It is definitely her favourite part of the week! Cat is super fun, with an amazing and good energy. I love how she transfers that good energy to all the members of this big dance family! They are super profissional, creative and fun! My daughter is learning and improving in a such amazing way. They push her to do and to be better. I definitely recommend The Workshop Studios for everyone that loves to perform.
R. Z.My daughter recently joined The workshop studios and they have been absolutely amazing! I was given lots of information on enquiry, they answered all of my questions. When My daughter first started she was feeling worried but the team gave her lots of reassurance and made her feel super comfortable, they even sent me a message to check in to see how she was feeling and to check in to make sure she was okay. They have been so supportive and make the children feel like family. My daughter hasn’t been with the workshop studios long but I have already seen some amazing progress and moves! I am so impressed with this studio and would highly recommend it to anyone! Such a lovely team/family. They have also given my daughter such a massive self esteem boost and my daughter is feeling confident and is showing off her moves for all to see! Thank you so much to Cat and the team!

Its a breath of fresh air to have a dance company, that not only teach, they nurture, they have fun and they offer a safe space for our ones! My girls LOVE their classes (& Cat is the only one that has ever been able to get my 5 year old into a 'uniform' so 5 stars for that alone!) Keep up the awesome works guys!

It strikes just the right balance between teaching, challenging and preparing students, whilst also nurturing them and making them feel as though they are part of a family, regardless of their age or natural ability. To have created such a warm and supportive culture in what can be such a competitive field, just serves to demonstrate the absolute commitment, integrity and professionalism that each teacher has. They love what they do.. and it shows!
G. W.My 13-year-old son looks forward to his twice-weekly classes like nothing else in his busy life. They keep him fit and agile and challenged, and he loves Cat like a big sister. Everyone loves Cat, actually. As a finicky kind of bloke, I appreciate the fact that her communications are super-prompt, crystal clear and 100% literate (not always the case with creative folks). Join them. You will never regret it.
C. F.Cat and the rest of the Workshop team are incredibly dedicated, talented, and creative. They provide outstanding instruction, and push the students to develop their potential in a supportive and caring environment. The variety of classes is great, and Cat often brings in industry professionals as guest teachers, which is amazing. My son loves the choreography he gets to learn, especially in jazz and Legacy. The performances are always a blast to watch.

There is a good balance between structure and fun and the teachers are professional and so great with all the children. My daughter really enjoys being part of it.

K. S.My son has been part of the Legacy / Workshop Studios family for 6 years now after Cat saw the passion he had for dance. Cat and her team always strive for the best from the students, encouraging progression, teamwork, hard work and most importantly dedication. They are always there for their students both as a teacher and a support even for us mums and dads too! With Cat’s knowledge and experience, we know she always wants the best for her students and has guided our son throughout his dance journey so far. He is now up to 9 classes a week so surely this tells you how much he enjoys he classes with Cat and the team, I’m not sure he could fit anymore in alongside GCSE’s! He has applied to go to College this year to study dance then onto a Dance Degree. I know Cat will do all she can to encourage and support his journey to help him follow his dreams. We cannot recommend The Workshop Studios more highly for someone who would like to experience all genres of dance and become part of the best dance family! Thank-you so much xx
C.I couldn't recommend the Workshop Studios and Legacy more highly! My son has been dancing with this amazing dance family for the past 3 years and loved every minute of it. He started out as a very nervous 10 year old with almost no dance experience and now dances at least 10 hours a week across a fantastic range of dance styles including ballet, jazz, modern, and tap. Cat and her team are incredible and really bring the best out of the students, while ensuring that everyone feels a valued member of this fantastic company. It is amazing to see the confidence, poise and sheer enjoyment from everyone performing in the knock-out shows! The remote teaching provision has been second to none, and really allowed the students to continue the development of their skills, but roll on the end of lockdown so everyone can be together again IRL!
