Great surgery, friendly staff. I had orthodontic work done here and it surpassed my expectations. Dr Kurani was able to close my bite just with braces, and in such a short time, when it should've been a surgery case. He was also very helpful throughout the treatment

Incredible service and really experienced staff! I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Shah today which is not how I usually feel about going to the dentist. I’m quite anxious and put off dental work. I had to seek emergency help as I wasn’t a patient at the practice. From the first phone call I knew I’d made the right decision. She was incredibly knowledgable, patient and caring. I had my issue fixed within 24 hours and am now requesting to transfer to de parys. If you are sat at home worrying about going to the dentist or if you are in pain I can 100% recommend picking up the phone. Thank you so much to Dr Shah and the team :)

Dr Shah, what an amazing dentist! I read reviews here about her, and I hoped she was the dentist I would be seeing, and yes it was her who attended to me. I have been in pain for almost 6 months. I had an extraction today, and I didn't feel any pain. The gentleman who also took my call, was so amazing. What a surgery, if all dental surgeries were like this, I wouldn't have suffered in silence! I look forward to my treatment plan with this surgery! Thank you Dr Shah and all the other staff members!! Amazing, just simply amazing and all in a week. Dr Shah and all the polite and sincere staff at De Parys Dental Care whom I can never thank enough. They rescued, no saved me from all the excruciating and unbearable pain which I had endured for four long days (as the pain killers had stopped working long ago), whilst trying to find a local dentist to deal with my badly infected tooth abscess, all turning me away because I was either not registered with them or they had no availability with anything from 6 to 8 weeks being offered. By the third day I was on antibiotics prescribed by my GP and even he along with me calling 111 dental nurse advisor (who had me on the phone and waiting for a call back for 7 hours), both could not manage to get me an emergency dentist appointment. De Parys Dental Care made an appointment that same afternoon, I arrived shaking, nervous and in a great deal of pain. Dr Shah’s calm examination, patience and her soothing voice explained to me what was wrong and what exactly needed to be done after a couple of x-rays. I agreed and she proceeded to extract and remove the tooth there and then, whilst on local anaesthetic, the whole procedure was totally pain free, thank God and thanking Dr Shah. Then exactly a week later I returned to have my temporary partial Acrylic denture (tooth) fitted, and now when I smile whilst looking in the mirror every morning, I think of Dr Shah and her team at De Parys Dental Care will always be there and can I can rely on when it comes to my teeth and smile. I would highly recommend to everyone and have already to all my friends, family and associates this fantastic dental practice in the heart of Bedford. Best dental practice. 100% worth every penny, the entire team is so nice and caring. I felt like they advised what was best for me and didn’t just go for the most expensive options to make money. I felt really looked after and before coming here I had some horrible experiences with dentists. I was really scared of the dentist before coming here but they made the entire process painless and as comfortable for me as possible. Can’t stress enough how good they are at what they do……. Reading the one star comment below has actually annoyed me because all the staff at 5 de parys dental care have been nothing but nice, caring and knowledgeable. That comment should not be on here and I completely disagree with what it says. Would give more stars if I could 😊

Having called, literally more than 12 local dentists all day, trying to get an emergency appointment for my partner who was in a great deal of pain, I almost gave up until I got through to an absolute wonderful man at the front desk of De Parys Dental Care practice, he knew immediately my concern (cared enough to sense it was very serious) and showed far more empathy than any of local dentists and booked my partner in for an emergency appointment that same late afternoon with Dr Shah. My partner is extremely pleased and thankful for all that they have done for her since, the service and treatment she received was second to none, brilliant, a client for life. And I can honestly say, that with all the trials and tribulations we are all having to go through because of Covid, De Pary’s Dental Care’s staff have reminded me how refreshing it can be to remain polite, be courteous and empathetic through it all and to all others. If you are from the Bedford area and need to see an emergency dentist as soon as possible, I would highly endorse and recommend De Parys Dental Care, they have shown me what client care is truly about. He was attentive, professional, and informed me every step of the way through my treatment of my Invisalign braces and zoom whitening. The combination of a world class surgeon, a super qualified dentist and wonderful nursing staff would find it difficult to give anything other than five * treatment. The initial treatment, involving the removal of 22 teeth and insertion of screws in my jaws was not as horrendous as it sounds thanks to 'conscious sedation' which meant I remembered very little about it. I was in no pain afterwards and, in fact have never had to take a single painkiller during the whole episode. My main problem was in trying to find something suitable to eat especially in the first couple of weeks. The subsequent waiting for my jaw to be ready for the permanent teeth and fitting of said teeth was quite a long drawn out procedure. This was due largely to Dr. Shah's perfectionism; ''adequate" or "acceptable" are not part of her vocabulary.

So I’m nearly at the end of my treatment at De Parys Dental Care, Bedford and I thought I’d post a picture of my smile on the day I had my braces removed. I can’t tell you how delighted I am. I’ve still got a couple of crowns and whitening to add onto my treatment but I wanted to share how happy I am with how things have gone. Dr Kurani, the orthodontist, has been brilliant. Very patient, explained every process, putting my mind at rest at each point. And because it’s my dentist as well, Dr Shah was there to check it off and make sure it was at the right place to start the next part of the treatment. Even though it’s not the finished article, I’m so happy and can’t stop smiling. I would highly recommend the Practice. Many thanks to all involved for giving me a smile I’m not embarrassed to show.
