I was with Elite Dental for a few years and was happy when Peter was there. Since he left I was seen by the owner herself and Aoife Keenan. I filed a complaint with the Dental Board against Aoife because she refused to polish and scale my teeth during my check up, as I requested while booking the appointment, with the excuse they were very busy and didn’t have time for that and advised me to book a private appointment with their other practice on Woodstock Road. At the same time on the window there was a note saying the practice accepts new NHS patients. When I pointed that out Aoife became very aggressive and ask me to leave and look for another practice. After the Board forwarded my complaint to the owner Aoife called me and apologised. I returned to Elite Arches but refused to see Aoife and my next couple of appointments were with the owner herself. Although I never missed an appointment and visited them every 6 months I lost a tooth. When I asked how it was possible not to detect the tooth was deteriorating I didn’t receive an answer and was told it was my fault because I was not brushing my teeth. After my tooth was extracted the owner pointed the bad tooth and said: “Look at that” with such disgust that I decided not visit them again. I got a private dental insurance and I must say the service I receive there is excellent. I think it is professional ‘s duty to advise and guide the patient, not to humiliate and reprimand. My opinion is that the owner may be a good dentist but she needs to work on her manners and attitude to patients.

The best dental practice I have been to by far. Have just had a very tricky root canal. Libby the dentist and Janine the dental nurse did a brilliant job and saved the tooth when I was worried I would lose it.Very, very happy and impressed with Libby's work. Many thanks to Sharon also.

This has got to be the Best Dental surgery in all of Northern Ireland( and I should know because I have pretty much tried all of them through the years). For years I have been switching from dentist to dentist because in all honesty They were all butchers... my teeth where in a bad state of disarray and I reluctantly made an appointment with this new dental practise. But.... Since my first appointment with Elite I have been made to feel so welcome by all the staff and the work that has been carried out has always been to the highest standard imaginable . I am smiling again and my confidence has boosted tenfold. I would like to say thank you to Peter and all the staff for doing this for me, you have no idea how much you have changed my life and I will always be thankful 😁😁.

Best dental care i have ever recieved, who doesnt hate going to the dentist but i swear i actually look forward to my appointments! Everyone i have encountered is genuinely friendly & happy to be at work making it a really comfortable atmosphere. I had my whole family move over i was so happy with it!

Elite Dental at the Arches is a fantastic practice..Peter the dentist really makes you feel at ease. The surgery is very clean and has up to date dental technology. Sharon the receptionist is very pleasant very friendly and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Elite at the Arches.

Registered here today as a new patient and already have good things to say about it. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Bonus side is I only live up the road so really handy. Glad I became a patient here

These guys and gals know there way around a gub i tell ya! Always been terrified of the dentist(nothing personal) but this place does excellent work fast and virtually pain free! Friendly staff too makes a good first 'impression'.

Cant praise Elite Dentists enough.. I'm not a lover of dentists and have had a fear of going from I was a young child.. but I must say from I started going to Elite my fear has completely left me and my dental trips are no longer filled with fear ...so five-star rating from me.. the place is spotless and the staff make you feel right at home

Darryn parkinson must be talking about a different surgery as i have been attending this place for the last 4 years and i can honestly say i have never met more friendly staff and the dentist is second to none,he and his staff help cure my fear of going to the dentist , and as for being a dirty hole i cannot understand this as the surgery i was treated in and the waiting area are completley spotless, i would highly reccommend this dental practice to anyone with or without a fear of dentists.
