Very professional. The Dr. took care of an emergency situation and completing a root canal treatment that was done wrong by another dentist. She made sure I had enough anesthesia so that it wouldn't hurt and in general I felt safe by being treated by a professional who knew what she was doing and cared about me as a human too. The secretaries were professional and helpful too

I had been terrified of dentists since the age of 6 - until I had emergency treatment carried out by Dr Hazel Ross at Rossmore Dental Care. I had root canal treatment and was pleasantly surprised with 'the wand' - painless injection system! No discomfort or pain what so ever - so much so that I am now a regular attender for my 6 monthly check ups - beforehand my fear had prevented me from attending the dentist for many years! Thank you!

Drs McGale & Dr Graham are excellent dentists... I always feel totally relaxed when getting treatments done... my 4 & 6 year old kids actually ask if they can go to the dentist again soon - an amazing sign!!

Can't remember exactly what every I became a patient - but it must be about 12-15 year ago. When I moved to Belfast. The finest! That goes fore everyone at the clinic. Now moved back to Sweden and I sill kept Rossmore as my dentist ... and Connor, it's a pleasure to go back to him once per year.
