Had to be referred to the urgent student dental clinic as I haven’t been registered with a dentist in a while- absolutely petrified of dentists to begin with. The staff were so friendly and helpful especially Gemma the supervising dentist and Ryan the student who worked on me- both put me at ease and explained everything and were very understanding and supportive and talked me through the process. Gemma was fantastic at teaching Ryan and also keeping me calm during the procedure which resulted in me having to get a tooth extracted- really felt like I was being treated as one of their own family members. Can’t think both Gemma and Ryan enough for giving me relief and to the radiographer and receptionist staff for keeping me calm- my fear of the dentist has now gone.

Went here on Monday , and to be fair was a little apprehensive as I knew I was going to have at least one tooth out and have had the odd uncomfortable experience in the past . However I was treated by a trainee dentist Daryl land without a doubt he will be one of those great dentists that everyone tells you about . Brilliant , flawless .. service from everyone at the school of dentistry , but especially Daryl . Total Respect (wish you where my dentist ) and I truly mean that . Thank you all again so much ..keep up the outstanding work you should all be proud .

Had leave work head down I was in pain few days on 12 hour care shifts .Hanna grade 4 was amazing .so were other tutors think 1 was Helen. Very friendly. Made me very much at ease..God love her it was my wisdom tooth she had to extract .no bleeding afterwards no stitches. Still bit sore as expected but well done to whole team amazing guys cant thank you enough

Hands down the most comfortable and easy trip to dentist I've had. I'm massively terrified of the dentist due to a few bad experiences and had put off going for a good while so I wasn't exactly in good shape. Though everyone was very patient, they explained everything that was happening, I was even laughing during it all which prior to this I was digging my nails in my leg and trying not to gurn. Would recommend to anyone, my fear of the dentist is totally gone.

I am currently having Dental Conservation work done at the School of Dentistry and I must say all the Staff involved have been very professional in their work and their mannerisms. Very helpful in every way great Staff, Well done to all.

Went today after several days of severe pain. Was assessed by 4th year student Eve. Very professional and put me at ease as did the tutor who I think was called Gemma.. Ended up needing a wisdom tooth extracted. Now pain free. Fantastic service and would highly recommend.

The care and treatment I received was second to none. The professional and personal approach exchanged between drs, nurses, assistants, receptionists and myself was informative, kind, curtious, person centred and humanistic. I was afraid of surgery but my fears where put at ease by dr jamie toole and dr joanna smyth right away. After surgery drs Simon killough and dr Gerry mc kenna planned further treatment, all performed by dr nicola Holland she was amazing btw. I really appreciate the attention to detail she has and I'm extremely happy with the final outcome. Thank you team atBHSCT

Cant thank the girls here enough arrived tuesday 20th November with 4 days worth of ongoing pain. Got seen by a year 4 student Kath ran me tru my checks etc went for xray and confirmed infection so had an extraction not the easiest nor most straight forward procedure ever but we got there thanks a million to all to helped i finally got a decent nights sleep ❤ Kath (i hope thats right) all the very best in your final year you made me feel at ease yesterday very polite well presented and professional young lady. Ill buy u a drink if i ever see u in the coach ha! Thanks again. Gareth.

so helpful could not get an appointment with anyone because of covid had a mad toothache for days im scared of needles too and they took me the day i called there so helpful i now have no pain staff are all deadon :)

Perfect everything perfect young Alice I didnt catch her last name nailed it overseen by dentist Clodagh Mccaffrey waiting time pretty much zero pain gone perfect perfect I didn’t even have to resort to a drink well done that team and all the best for the future Alice👍😁😜👍
