The team at CT Dent Birmingham were great, so welcoming and really friendly. Very efficient and knowledgeable. Felt very safe in their hands. Easy to get to by car with safe gated parking at the rear of the building. Would thoroughly recommend, and will definitely use them again should the need arise. 👍

A professional organisation. I was greeted and booked in by a friendly, helpful receptionist. The Radiographer was simply amazing. She kept me informed as to what was going to happen and her pleasant personality filled me full of confidence. She is a credit to your organisation.

Surgery adhered to C19 protocols, I was seen at set appointment time, no delays, radiographer Susu was very calm, helpful, thorough, confirming what scan was needed, described what would happen during the scan, where to hold/stand with the scanner clearly and how the machine would work. She then allowed time to check scans and check with me that they met requirements as needed by my dentist. Overall I was very impressed by the service received.

Very friendly and professional. I was seen on time and offered a drink as I was a little early for my appointment. Very straightforward and scan was emailed straight to my dentist.

I found the staff I met pleasant and efficient. But I was pretty irritated to find that I needed an access code to enter the car park. I had not been given this in advance of my appointment so wasted time circling around the congested Selly Oak area looking for somewhere to leave my car. It would also have been sensible to warn people that they would need to remove hair pins and other metallic objects from their head before having a scan.

Fantastic experience, locations all over UK. Major cities, excellent service. Parking on site at Birmingham branch, warm welcome. Informative, and straight in. Took less than a minute. A minute to set up. Some info. For computer and away in 10 minutes total. I had been struggling to get a panoramic x-ray from regular dental surgeries. They're pathetic, won't do unless they decide if you need. Not many can afford latest state of the art machine so limited to find. The ones that have will not use it on new clients. You have to have a full check and register,Ridiculous and not guaranteed to offer you the service, if you weren't so expensive we wouldn't be searching for alternative treatments abroad. I had to be referred to CT Dent by a registered partner, after which it was dead easy to book myself in on line.

After quite a difficult motorway journey I arrived at CT Dent. I was quickly allocated a private parking space and directed to the offices. I was met by staff and immediately put at ease. The procedure was explained and the equipment was shown. I knew exactly what to do to help myself in the procedure and I had no anxieties whatsoever. The scan itself was conducted and only took a few minutes. Whilst waiting to ensure it was successful I had a lovely cup of tea and a chat with the receptionist. The scan was fine so I was soon on my way home. The staff were very friendly and obviously knew exactly what they were doing. The rooms and equipment was immaculately clean and very quiet when in operation. I would recommend CT Dent as an excellent service.

Great service, I was early for my appointment, and I was seen really quickly. The staff were helpful and polite. The building is very easy to find with lots of gated parking
