I've had my dental checks, cleaning, and polishing with this practice for some time now. I started with Dr Milan who was great. When he retired, I was worried about who would be my new dentist as I'm an anxious patient. I now have Dr Marcus who has also been fantastic - he informs me at every step what is going to happen next which is very reassuring. I also had a root canal with Dr Vishal here, and that went very well too. All the nurses and staff I've encountered have been very friendly too. At the time of posting, Covid safe measures still seem to be in place, which is also reassuring. PS, I am a private patient on a monthly payment plan.

Marcus is absolutely fantastic! A great knowledgeable dentist who spends time with each patient, does a thorough check up and individual advice. Fantastic with my boys too. We have moved home but more than happy to travel to see Marcus. There is room to improve appointment/reception system but they try hard to rectify problems when they occur.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Dr Akash for my Invisalign and whitening treatment. Dr Akash in 3 months changed my life. I went from someone who never smiled, to someone who now can’t stop smiling! Dr Akash was always professional and was always at hand when I had questions and concerns. I can’t believe the difference Invisalign has had on my life and my confidence, which is all thanks to Dr Akashi’s careful planning and expertise. I learnt so much along the way, it’s been an unforgettable experience. Now I have beautiful bright white teeth. Everyday my smile gets complimented, so if you’re looking to start your own journey, I would definitely recommend Dr Akash.

On 8th November I spent almost 2hrs in the chair having a procedure which presented me with much anxiety, and I was tempted to cancel/ delay, but the dentist VK Klair was an absolute professional. He calmly reassured me and the only discomfort felt was the scratch from the initial injection. We made a loose deal any pain and they'd be no pay! I lost and gladly paid my bill. Thank you Dr Klair you made my visit to the dentist almost a pleasure!

Great experience at Handsworth Wood Dental Practice with dr. Yaser Zeitoun and the nurse Ellie. Very friendly, kind and professional. I can tell they are really passionate about what they're doing because everything in my treatment went perfect. I needed to get fillers for 7 decays and then 2 extractions, all before my orthodontic treatment, so the doctor did his best to book me in every week and finish in time. I can't express in words how happy I am with my teeth now and look forward to getting my braces on by the end of the month. Thank you so much to all staff in the clinic and especially dr. Yaser Zeitoun!! I will definitely come back for regular check ups and will reccommend the clinic to everyone who asks about dental services. ❤

Very happy with the professional and friendly experience here. Receptionist were approachable and clear about where to go to. The dentist himself, Dr Dulay, was knowledgeable and welcoming as well as the nurse. The appointment ran smoothly according to time which was ideal for my busy schedule. Attended here for an emergency appointment. After not being able to get an appointment at my usual dentist I called and the practice manager who was very helpful and understanding got me an appointment the same day. Saw Dr Dulay and his nurse who were very reassuring and professional. I will be staying with these guys from now on. Lovely friendly atmosphere and very helpful. Really put patients needs first.

Was my first visit here as my partner usually takes the kids. Very pleasant environment Clean and tidy. Receptionist (older lady), was talking with colleague about having time off, she took details, and said "hand to the dentist on first floor" no eye contact, no smile, no instruction as to the name of the dentist my children would be seeing. Bad Customer Service. Dentist himself was lovely.

Great service from the receptionists to the dentist staff. Soon as I was called they got on with the work that needed doing, no delays. Parking is a little difficult, but you can find space nearby. You just got to be mindful not to block residents drives.

I've been in this practice many of times and been seen by Dr Sanraj Dulay & Dr Akash Minhas both very professional and very informative before treatment took place and explained post treatment. I have also been seen by the Head Nurse Harnet & Katie who were both extremely polite, helpful and also supported during treatments. Lovely practice manager and overall great team; defiantly recommend!!

I went for a check up where i had treatment from Dr Dulay. (Sorry if spelt incorrectly :)) Normally I would hear all sorts of big words. Dr Dulay told me exactly what the issues are along with solutions. On top he added information that will make my teeth's heath better. Due to not having confidence with my teeth I was extremely anxious about visiting any dentist. Through other friends recommendations I visited MSC. After my visit I feel much more assured and comforted. If you want to go to visit the dentist then this is the place!!!! Again thank you for your efforts and the way you handled my appointment.
