Impressed. I was put in contact with this dental practice after calling 111, they aren't an emergency service but I was able to get me an appointment with a fortnight, after I'd called several dentists in my local area I was happy with this and the receptionist on the phone was very helpful and professional. On the day of my first appointment the practice communicated with me very well to ask if I could slightly delay my appointment by 40 mins which as I don't live too far this wasn't a problem, and when I arrived (extremely nervous) the staff were very pleasant, the practice was clean and the dentist and assistant I saw on both occasions were understanding and very professional. I was given clear treatment plan, advice on costs and the staff i dealt with made me feel a lot more at ease, even when I experienced distress during the treatment they were accommodating and reassuring. Half way through the treatment plan I am still very pleased with their service, I almost look forward to going back 😅 and would like to retain this dentist for regular checks in the future. Would recommend.

I highly recommend Jana Majevavia. As someone who has been afraid of the dentist all her life, I was absolutely delighted after my treatment from Jana. If all dentists were as kind and patient as her, fearing the dentist would be a thing of the past!! Jana and her assistant were caring and attentive to my needs. I'm very grateful to them, for their patience, and restoration of my faith in dentists!!!

Being a nervous patient of the dentist, today I had a tooth out and I can not thank the team enough for being patient and taking their time to ensure I was okay. Throughout the procedure the dentist was constantly asking if I was okay and she took her time to ensure I was fine and that the procedure was as pleasant as possible for me. A big thank you

The staff and the atmosphere was friendly and the dentist was extremely helpful and understanding and they were willing to accommodate my appointment times as far as possible. The treatment I received from my dentist was explained in detail and carried out with no discomfort. I would recommend this practice to my family members as they are friendly and efficient.

I have been bowled over by the kind of service offered by this dentist. Exemplary and outstanding. First of all, I must congratulate the nursing staff as well as the doctors for being so nice and gentle. I have been really impressed by the kind of warmth, reception, and the conviviality with which they receive the patients. I was given a detailed account of the problem I was having and then the kind of possible treatment options they have at their disposal. Till then I was overly worried about the fast-decaying tooth that had been giving me sleepless nights. I was apprehensive about the possible outcome of a dental treatment. But the dentist here put me at ease and I was completely relaxed. He convinced me that the decayed tooth can be preserved through RCT (Root Canal Treatment), after which a ceramic cap can protect the teeth. He also told me that it will be as good as a normal tooth. The treatment, as I was told, was completed within the given timeframe and I felt so happy and thankful to the dentist for making me a happy individual. I have decided to visit this dentist again for any future dental care-related issues and I would recommend my friends and relatives to do the same.

During a work trip to Birmingham I had a very painful episode with a front tooth and I contacted Den plan who in turn made me an emergency appointment at Landsdown. The service I can only describe as outstanding. From the very professional receptionist and Dentist assistant to a very helpful dentist David Chacho. Thanks guys you are a credit to your practice. I'm 64-years-of-age, I look after my teeth by choosing the best dental practice in Birmingham. Mr Chacko has recently done several white fillings for me - it all looks so good. Lansdown's Dental Hygienist does a Deep Clean" of my teeth every 6-months. No whitening needed after a dental hygienist has cleaned one's teeth sparkling white. Unfortunately, they don't give a bravery badge to a person my age☺☺☺

I well recomend this dentist I went first time for treatment last week I'm petrified of dentist but I had 2 teeth our 2 fillings cleaned I can honestly say I never felt a thing not even the needles to free my gums I hate needles any way I give these peaple top Mark's 10 out of 10 they make you feel at ease .I thank them from bottom of my heart I recomend you my husband as just signed on with you .he been with old dentist for years but after how you treated me he s now your patient thank you 10 out of 10 xxservive excellent staff excellent very friendly xxx

I had a permanent filling and a complete cleaning done last week Excellent services Timing , staff and secured car parking also very good . I highly recommend this practice .
