I needed emergency treatment as I’ve just moved to the area, they fitted me in no problem. The dental practitioner is kind, extremely knowledgeable and provides a calming atmosphere in the treatment room. The reception staff are really lovely and friendly, very warm and welcoming. Brilliant service

All of my family members are registered at Manor House Dental since 2018. They are very professional and excellent service. Don't have wait ages for appointments and they treat an emergency as an emergency. Exactly how it should be dealt. Dentist is very understanding and awesome with kids. My six years old loves going to the dentist ( I know! Quite the opposite) At reception Jazz and Ruby are very helpful and basically they know what they are doing. In overall it's a nice experience. I would recommend them to anyone who's looking for quality and hassle free service.

Dr Farshad has been my family dentist for many years. I recently underwent a Zoom whitening plan where I was advised to use the home treatment kit, opposed to the more expensive chair treatment, as it was more suitable for my sensitve teeth. The results were amazing and it has completely transformed my smile! Dr Farshad and the team are very accommodating and will always try to get you seen if you have any dental problems. I can't recommend the services of Manor House Dental enough.

So call Manor House Dental and Roobee with find you the appointment asap😉👍so grateful that I got another call to move my appointment even earlier as front tooth is front tooth. From the moment you enter Dr Faride Farshad’s room, you are greeted with a smile & their friendly atmosphere makes you feel very welcome. I have always been scared of dentists but I have to say Dr Farshad’s technique is fantastic and gradually my fear is dissapearing. After 20 minutes I was asked to look in the mirror and I couldn’t believe the miracle! WOW! Just wow I managed to say as my tooth was repaired and looked even better than my old one! Huge thank you Dr Faride Farshad👍🥰I was smiling the whole journey whilst driving back home & I feel great that I can smile again. Definitely I would recommend this amazing dentist who will treat you with professional care to the highest standards.

I called to ask for some more detailed advice regarding maintaining oral hygiene to try to unlearn some bad habits I learned as a kid and the woman I spoke to was really helpful. She talked me through flossing, the types of dental floss and their benefits, what disclosing tablets and how they can help train you to not miss anything, what tongue scrapers are and how to try not to gag when using them, as well as how circular motions are better for brushing than linear motions. Everything that was told and explained to me was much cheaper to buy than expected. I developed these bad habits due to physical alterations whilst I had braces as a child and it really helped being able to gather all of the information I needed in one place. Would recommend.

I have been a patient at manor house dental practice for quite a few years and everyone there is friendly and helpful. I had the six-month smile treatment and I am over the moon with the results, I used to have no confidants in my smile but in just under 6 months the braces came off and I couldn’t believe the difference it has made I would recommend anyone to have the same treatment if they where unhappy with there smile. I went in every 2 weeks during the course and Dr Farshad made it a nice and relaxing atmosphere and explained what was going to happen at each step of the treatment. Everyone at reception is always friendly and call to remind me of upcoming appointments. I have just started to take my son and they make him smile and enjoy the dentist and they have given me good information and tips to use to make sure his teeth stay healthy and clean.

I only had one interaction with the surgery and found the staff very professional, polite and forthcoming. This includes all the chain from reception, to the dentist and assistants. Also, appreciate the fact that the Dentist was using proper gear against COVID19 including double masks and face shield and treated by daughter with great care. I became a new patient today in this practice. I rang them this morning because I am I having a toothache and they give me an emergency appointment for this afternoon. Had the best service I ever had at a dentist. The receptionist is very kind, and helpful, she went an extra mile to make sure all arrangements are convenient. Dr Farideh Farshad saw me today, who is also very kind and 100% professional. She was very patient and she spent extra time to make sure to diagnose the problem I having. She cares about her patient and not rushing them out of the door. After she had done a thorough diagnostic she dealt with the problem, she explained everything in high details and gave me lots of advice. I went to Manor House dentist today with my 4 kids for check ups. The dentist was very good with my my kids, explaining to them the importance of brushing etc. She was very good with my 1 year old too. My 6 year old complained of a headache whilst there and the dental nurse straight away got her some water. She then ended up vomiting in the waiting room. The receptionist, Jazz was very helpful and ensured I had everything I needed. She kindly got me some bin bags and tissues for the journey home and then later messaged me the next appointments for the kids. Couldn't have asked for a kinder more understanding dental practice.

The facilities and general vibe is of a very comforting, homely place and my dentist Dr Farshad provided an exceptional standard of treatment; the deep clean and zoom whitening improved my self esteem and felt like I could afford to smile after that :) Having watched maybe a few too many movies in my time I presumed an extraction would've provided unworldly pain but Farideh helped me breeze through it like it was merely a pinch. Having had oral issues from a younger age, I found Manor house to provide the best overall service not only from their catchment area, but also to the dozen practices I've visited across Solihull too.

I’ve been coming to Dr Farideh Farshad, since 2006 (my first ever dental experience due to not going as a child) I broke my front tooth and had it bonded, usually it’s expectancy is 5-7 years however the tooth still stands strong to this day. Farideh always gives me the best advise and care with my teeth and makes me feel so comfortable and welcome, I highly recommend this practice.
