A fantastic experience from start to finish! I was very well looked after and fully understood the process once I left. The scan itself was not sore at all and didn’t feel in any way invasive. The practice was clean and tidy and my dentist was very supportive of PD and their system. I have to go back for a refinement scan once they reopen so I can satisfactorily finish my treatment and the whole customer service experience has been flawless, even during COVID 19 and the challenges that has prevented. Manuel has been terrific and is a real ambassador for the brand!

It doesn’t look great from the outside but up the stairs the staff and rooms are great. Staff and orthodontist were fantastic. They don’t force you to sign up then and there (You get an email a week later), so no pressure selling just really professional service. Would recommend

Brilliant service all round. I first visited in March had my moulds made but got hit by the pandemic so nothing came of it but as everything calmed down I got called in for a scan which was awesome and after seeing how my teeth would change it got me excited. Week or so ago got my plan come through and was given a discount so definitely brought, got an email today saying my aligners are being sent! Cannot wait

Great customer service from my first appointment. I received my aligners promptly and I am about half way through treatment now. I am so pleased with the results so far. I have had lots of compliments from friends and family and quite a few are interested in joining Plusdent themselves.

I visited PlusDental in September. I went to the Birmingham branch. I was treated very professionally safely and quickly. Any questions I had were answered and I was out at ease with the whole service. Fast forward to today I have my aligners here and ready to be out in once I have my IPR done tomorrow.
