D. U.I would give 10 stars if I could; never before have I been so impressed with a company from reception and bookings to professional, hygienic and outstanding treatments. Always honest, polite and up front regards costings and options. Highly commended.
H.I went in with a chipped tooth and in a lot of pain, the Male dentist was very honest and very up front with me, really professional but with a touch of humour.
I had to have a tooth extraction, and still this point (3 weeks ago) I’ve not had ANY pain.
Really professional practise and would advise to anybody.
Brilliant.
We had bad experiences when we was little but this practice had come so far.

j. s.The best dentist in Birmingham. I use to never go to the dentist due to my anxiety, until I got to this practice. This dentist, makes you feel like an individual and explains everything he is about to do and weighs up the pros and cons with you. I really do not know what I am going to do when he retires.

L. I.After having a horrible experience when I was young, I took my time looking for a new dentist as wasn't happy with current one ..I read reviews of many dentists & decided this dentist was right for me.
One my first visit my treatment plan was explained to me. I also had my teeth cleaned - something last dentist never did.
This dental surgery is ideal if your disabled because building all on one level. (I found alot of dental surgeries were converted surgeries & you had to go upstairs).
Most of all the dentist put my mind at ease & he is a lovely friendly gentleman.
Would definitely recommend , also the receptionist was friendly

Over the time I have been with him he has given me more confidence to cope with the time spent in a dentists chair. L.I hate going to the dentist due to bad childhood experiences.I visited Mr.Rooprai's surgery several years ago after a colleague recommended him because of his kindness and patience.Mr.Rooprai is an excellent dentist. His manner is always kind,calm and professional. I have even had a small filling without anaesthetic!!! I've told Mr.Rooprai he can never retire!!!
