I recently attended an appointment with the hygienist, who was very professional and I was very pleased with the result. She and and her assistant were both very friendly and made me feel relaxed. Great and successful experience! The receptionist is also extremely welcoming, which is really nice when you are not very keen to attend a dentist appointment in the first place!

I had an amazing experience during my visit to My Dentist, Bournemouth. On entering the practice, the receptionist was very polite and courteous. My assigned dentist, Mr Frederick Potgieter gave me a really thorough check-up which I've never had to such extent before. He was very clam and relaxed, which helped a great deal and very professional. I would give 10 stars if I could. **********

I contacted this dentist after doing a google search as I had been deregistered by my previous NHS dentist. I was looking for an NHS dentist without success. The receptionist said they would give me a full check up including 2 x rays for £35 and then advice on a treatment plan which I thought was very reasonable. The receptionist, Agata, was very polite and helpful making my booking and even called me to say they had a cancellation so I could be seen days earlier. I was then seen by the dentist Heam and her assistant Magda who were just excellent. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Great professional service, Thank you.

I have been a patient at Landsdowne Dental Practice, in Old Christchurch Road, for several years and I have always received a professional, proficient, reliable and courteous service. The Dentistry Team are very helpful, kind and efficient and I am very pleased to be a patient.

I have had 2 recent appointments, both with Heam Assad. The first appointment made because a small chip had come off the corner of one of my front teeth. The appointment was for 20 or 30 minutes. She spent some time examining my mouth, and discussing a couple of other issues before finally looking at the chipped tooth, and said “You’ll need to make an appointment for me to fix this” I replied that I already had, and here I was! She then swung into action and fixed the tooth in a few minutes By coincidence, the opposite corner of the same tooth chipped off a few days later. I already had another 10 minute appointment booked for something else and had phoned to ask if this could be changed to do a filling instead Despite this Heam seemed a little surprised at my request and claimed there wasn’t enough time. Even so, she and her assistant Briony pulled out all the stops and worked with exceptional efficiency and good humour to complete the filling So on balance a very good experience even if I had to nudge them to do the fillings each time The extremely friendly approach of both the dental staff and the receptionist counts for a lot, especially at a dentist / after all, no one really goes there for fun !!

After having a phobia of dentists since i was 9 years old and in adult years suffering complex PTSD for other reasons, i did not see a dentist for over 20 years i had forgotten how to smile. My dentist bournemouth, have been amazing and extremely patient and understanding. Heam (dentist).and Bethany (dental nurse) are a huge credit to this surgery as well as the very lovely reception team. I saw this dentist from a 111 referral as I had a troubled abscess on my back tooth. unfortunately i had to have 2 teeth extracted. The dentist was absolutely amazing, I cant thank them enough for not fobbing me off with antibiotics and sending me on my way, like others have done. I'm a very nervous patient but they made my experience comfortable and relaxed.

Great service and professionalism. My Dentist have always looked after my teeth, and those of my family in a way that has been sensitive, effective and caring. When I’ve needed urgent treatment they have been able to see me, fillings are painless and I’ve always found them friendly and good humoured. Mr.Frederick Potgieter is a prince among men. He genuinely cares about his patients and remembers details about my life that shows he listens and gives a damn. He won't recognise my google name but he will probably know who i am because i practically live there with all the work i've needed doing in the past year. His only downside is that he keeps trying to push fluoride toothpaste on me, which i will resist until the end of time, even if i lose every tooth in my head. We agree to disagree with good humour on that subject. God bless him

Could not be happier! Dr Adina Popa is the most empathetic, kindest, competent and professional dentist I have ever come across ( after being seen by 10 different dentist over the years I can now compare). I’m not scared of dental treatments anymore and each time I see her she makes me feel very relaxed. She is always very honest and does her very best ! Seen her recently with very complex and serious tooth condition, which led me to countless numbers of appointments in Poole and Bournemouth Hospital. Adina took initiative and give me lots support. Im absolutely sure If not for her I will still be in pain , on lots of antibiotics, suffering and pleading for help from very overwhelmed Poole Hospital. Dr Adina Popa patients are very lucky to have her as their dentist !

For a number of years Dr Adina Poppa with various assistants have and continue to provide me with sterling routine care. I thought on a couple of occasions extraction was inevitable and although in these cases it cannot be taken for a granted that treatment to save a tooth would work. I am amazed that I have had no problems with the teeth that Dr Poppa saved.

The word professional, dedicated friendly, caring and outstanding goes out to Dr. HIYAM ASAAD I have never experienced anything like the care and professionalism of this doctor and her assistant ( forgive me i forget her name but she is Libyan) ... i have seen other doctors within this establishment but Dr Hiyam service and attitude is the most positive and happy and i have never seen any dentist with such an attitude for over 25 years ... I had an appointment with the hygienist.Both ladies the hygienist and her assistant(Hala and Magdalena) were very friendly and extremely welcoming.I am really scared of going to dentist ,but they were patient,very friendly and explained everything in details.they made me very relaxed and even joked.So I forgot all the stress. I would recommend anyone to have an appointment with them. Also the lady at the reception was very nice too.
