Such a lovely dental surgery, I’ve been phobic about seeing a dentist since childhood but not anymore. From the receptionist to to the lovely Dorota everyone has been kind and friendly. The practice is bright , clean and welcoming. The pricing is very competitive, they offer 0% finance if required and have a dental plan which gives very good benefits. All in all I don’t think I could find a better dental practice.

This practice is good. The dentist explains fully any procedures that you need and is extremely gentle with nervous patients. The receptionists are also very caring and will try to accommodate. I would recommend them to anyone who needs private treatment. Unfortunately not NHS but compared to my last dentist worth the money.

I've been a patient of this practice for my whole life (60+) years, and have never thought of changing. Customer service is excellent, communication and reminders can't be faulted, and the quality of dentistry is first rate. Hygiene, patient safety and comfort are foremost, and the techniques and equipment used are always bang up to date.

Northbourne Dental Practice provides a welcoming environment and immaculate dental services. The reception team, dental staff and nurses are highly attentive and offer reassurance on what many patients may consider a negative experience when undergoing dental examinations or treatment. Personally, I too had fears of going to the dentist, however, the team at Northbourne have become a team I trust, and I will happily visit them twice a year to ensure my teeth and gums are well maintained. The practice offers low cost dental plans, to which I have joined to spread the cost of my examinations and treatments, but to also serve as an incentive to ensure I've booked my entitled examinations and reintroduce the routine of visiting the dentist. A big thank you to the team, and shout out to the amazing Dr Dorota! :)

To be blunt and to the point.. I don’t like dentists… and I suffer a lot of with anxiety… The people who work here are amazing! The receptionist, the nurses and the dentist.. all went out of their way to be nice and helpful and even when I was shaking like a leaf, dripping in sweat and trying not to hyperventilate.. did everything to put me at ease! I had a injection.. barely felt it! Started freaking out as I started to feel things going numb.. and then when they started drilling for a filling, their response was, it’s fine.. take your time.. we’re not in a rush.. At any point, just raise your hand and we can stop.. which we did several times and never once did they sigh or tut or make be feel bad or like I’m wasting their time! Visiting a dentist is never a pleasant experience.. and I will never rush back to one! But… I will go back here and I WILL sing their well deserved praises!

This is the second 5 star review I have given this dental practice and expect to be giving them several more. A family bereavement had left me terribly depressed and I'd stopped taking care of myself, leaving my teeth in an awful state. Honestly, I'd almost given up, but due to horrendous pain and with support from my friends and family I contacted 111 and was given an emergency appointment with this dentist. Ashish and the whole team were totally understanding and immediately put me at ease. Since that first appointment I have visited three times for remedial work and have experienced the same professional care on each occasion. I cannot recommend them highly enough as they have truly been an integral part of helping me come through a very difficult period in my life.

Excellent practice for nervous patients such as myself (I suffered very bad experiences as a child). I saw Dr Patel. The only problem during a filling was trying to stay awake! Also, for others who have suffered crown loosening during painful cleanings, Dr Patel did the cleaning, and the practice uses some kind of water system, which makes cleaning painless, and leaves crowns intact! Highly recommended. Would also add that the receptionist and nurses are very helpful and friendly
