I have been with this dental practice for a few years, I have never had a problem with appointments or admin. I have had a couple of good dentists in that time but they seem to leave! however the dentist I now have Elliott Munroe is the best ever. He is very professional and polite and seems to take pride in what he does therefore giving you confidence in what he does. lets hope he does not leave.

Practice is clean tidy and welcoming, easy to park, great availability of appointments and staff are friendly and welcoming. Saw Monique for a hygienist appointment who was super thorough and gentle, and Tim who did a great job repairing a broken tooth, would recommend this practice !

Unbelievably good service today, I had a large filling fall out from an awkward part of my toof at about 9am which caused me discomfort, I called the surgery and got an emergency appointment the same morning and was home with a fully repaired toof by 11.30am. Exceptional service and dentistry from Dr Vazquez despite the challenges caused by the pandemic!

I joined as a patient here with a lot of work needing to be done and a lot of anxiety about having dental treatment. My dentist (Timothy Ahmed) and the nurses have been so incredibly patient and helpful as well as doing a really top drawer job on my teeth. Just breezed through a root canal on my front tooth. Have used this practice for the last 4 years. Never had any problems and the staff are always friendly and helpful, especially the reception staff. Recently took my 2 year old to see Sandra for her first check up and she was amazing with her. Made my daughter feel comfortable and was really thorough. Would definitely recommend.

Been very pleasantly surprised today to find a professional and caring dental practice at Bupa in Saint George. We all know it’s not easy finding a good dentist that makes you feel relaxed while healing your teeth. Found a polite receptionist as well on the premises. Doctor Sandra and her lovely assistant were so nice , chatty and professional that all my fear went away along pain as they sorted me out a terrible tooth pain. I strongly recommend and as well thank them for their approach and abilities.

Reception staff helpful and polite. My dentist was excellent, friendly and knowledgeable explaining clearly dental care. As a patient that had bad experiences of dentists before it was a pleasant change to have a dentist who seemed to really care a dentist not afraid to tell you if you had not been brushing properly but more so congratulate you when trying to improve dental care. All treatment was carried out in a professional manner and compared to previous dental experiences relatively painless. Sadly the reason for only 4 stars was the fact that my dentist (Sandra) has now left the practice and no notification was given. A message from the practice would have been appreciated before booking an appointment with a unknown dentist. Since BUPA have taken over from Oasis I feel standards might be dropping with more patients being referred to the hygienist which gives the impression making money may be more important than actual care. I could be wrong its just my impression watch this space.

I've used this practice for around four years and have always found the staff helpful and professional. I had a massive abcess develop over the weekend so I went straight to see Sandra (dentist) hoping she could fit me in. She saw me immediately, explained everything and completed the extraction within 30 minutes. At all times, staff were patient and understanding. So, a massive thanks to all for sorting me out this morning, cheers.
