They kindly saw me as a 111 emergency. The service from them was super amazing. The dentist was really kind and attentive, I had a root extraction which she did it in a few minutes without any pain. I really recommend them.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING! I phoned up this morning as was in so much pain & needed an appointment ASAP! The receptionist; amazing, calm, polite & very nice! The dental nurse; made me feel at ease, explained everything to me that I needed to know & had a lovely mannerism. I was given my prescription & was on my way. I highly recommend.

I saw Hannah for a dental treatment last week and she is the best! She was very professional and explained all the options so I felt well-informed. Unlike my previous dentist, Hannah made me feel confident in the treatment plan. I also felt totally Covid-safe in the practice — it’s evidently their first priority to keep their patients safe, and that has not gone unnoticed!

I cannot praise Hannah highly enough - over the years (yes I’m an oldie!) I’ve seen a number of dentists and though I’ve not been afraid my confidence had been severely knocked as not one of them took care and time to advise on dental health or seemed to genuinely understand patient concerns! So when I moved to chipping Sodbury and signed on with this dental practice I expected more of the same. Well I couldn’t have been more wrong!! From the receptionist through to the dentist and hygienist (but in particular Hannah) everyone is so warm and friendly and take the time to explain options and procedures. I’ve just had an extraction and bridge fitted by Hannah and I could not believe how simple she made the whole procedure - she completely put me at ease (I was a bit worried) and explained the whole procedure, checking my wellbeing at every point. I honestly cannot believe how brilliant it looks - I actually love going to my dentist now - Thankyou for restoring my faith Hannah and team

I followed Chetan and Bansari from their former Melksham practice to Hounds Road because I couldn't bear to have new dentists and really only to have a mould taken for teeth whitening. Easy to book, excellent pricing and so professional. Results were also great with follow up done by Chetan and reordering of product was hassle free. Highly recommended

I have been meaning to write a review ever since I changed to this dental practice.. My previous dentist was aweful.. I had nothing but issues with them and when they started damaging my teeth, were rough and causing me unnecessary pain just for their own profit I decided it was time for a change as I had then started to fear the dentist in general.. From day one of being with hounds road I have never been afraid to attend an appointment and feel that every time it has deffinately been worth it and money well spent.. Chetan and the team have always been polite and welcoming, honest and happy to explain things in a way I understand... always straight to the point with me and other family members who also use the practice. It is always a pleasure to speak with the receptionists, they are always so helpful and polite, I really cannot thank everyone there enough for the care and quality they put in to what they do for their patients and their staff. My experiences with Chetan and the hygienist have been brilliant.. I could really tell the difference with them and other dentist practices I have been to in the past.. they are really gentle and careful with the work carried out and I have never left with bleeding sore gums and tooth pain like I had with previous practices.. Hounds road have really built up my trust with going to the dentist, so far I cannot fault them at all.. I also wanted to say a huge thank you and let you know that it hasent gone unnoticed and is really appreciated that the practice have really worked hard and well to ensure that everyone and everything has been kept clean and safe since the outbreak of covid19.. outstanding the lengths this practice have gone to making sure everyone feels comfortable and reasured that we are in good hands. Having to attend today I am really glad to see that everyone in the practice is keeping well and managing with all that has happened with lockdown. Keep up the excellent work and know that it really is greatly appreciated by me and I'm sure also by many others attending your practice. All the best to you all ♡
