Took my daughter for her first check up this morning. The receptionists were friendly, Josie the Dentist and her nurse were absolutely fantastic. They made the whole experience easy and pleasurable. Would highly recommend to anyone with young children.

My dentist is always so so lovely, I don’t know her name (sorry!!) but she’s just amazing. She’s so kind and chatty and has a natural way at making people feel at ease. Whilst coming for a checkup every 6 months makes it hard to develop relationships and feel comfortable, she has a gift at making me feel at ease. It’s never daunting coming to this dental practice. Would recommend to anyone!

I'm an individual with a bit of a phobia of any doctor or clinic and I've never had anything less than exemplary care here. Everyone is friendly, informative and very helpful. Yesterday, I had an emergency appointment and was unable to see my normal dentist, and as someone with anxiety disorders this was very frightening. Josie and her nurse ( sorry love I was terrified and didn't hear your name) took immense care of me and put me at ease. I was laughing, comfortable and most importantly, feeling so much better by the end of the appointment. 10/10 I say

Really friendly and helpful staff. Before I even joined this dentist I phoned them and they were happy to give advice over the phone. Great atmosphere seems a family run business and makes you feel welcome. Staff always go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable which is this day is worth it's weight in gold. Paying extra for private and it's well worth it for the better treatment. Wish I had started coming here years ago!

After my consultation I was given 3 option plans. Although anxious I decided to go for the root canal procedure. I was very nervous up to the appointment but as soon as I entered the surgery I was put at ease by the lovely receptionists. Fred the dentist and Beth the nurse made me feel relaxed and calm. This was a long procedure for me as I also had to have 2 fillings. I felt no pain during the treatment and only minor discomfort during the healing process. Fred explained everything that was happening from start to finish and has given me back my trust in dentists. This is a review by my wife Julie.

Very professional, clean, amazed by how quick it was. I was there for the fist time on Wednesday after my crown has fallen out. I needed recementing and it was very quick and didn’t hurt at all. They managed to book me in 2 days later. Would definitely recommend and will be going there again if i’ll need anything else.

The leading observation is it was very professional.From reception, to the welcoming and reception by the Hygienist and previously the Dentist, who was marvellous. We had been with our previous Dental practise since 1958 ( Yes Really) but now the succession failed in keeping those high standard. I cannot praise Paul Wilson at this practice enough! He saw me as an emergency patient when I knocked one of my front implants out just before a really important week at work where I had to present to 150 people. Together with Pete at the lab they built me a temporary bridge in 24 hours and now, a few weeks later I have 2 beautiful new implants for my 2 front teeth. The staff are all kind and professional and Paul is a real expert in this field. I'm eternally grateful, thank you!

I have just come on here to write a review and just noticed the recent review from queenbeeofrock. I was in the waiting room at the time this patient came for her appointment and I have to say she was 15 minutes late for her appointment and all the young lady on reception said was that she would have to check with the dentist if she could still be seen as he now had other patients waiting (me). The patient then became rude and agitated towards the receptionist demanding to be seen and I felt the receptionist dealt with this in a calm and professional manner. However, when the receptionist went to speak with the dentists this patient then shouted at her again calling her a C**t before storming out. I have only ever had good experiences at this dentist and the staff have always been friendly and polite which has always put me at ease. I am a very nervous patient and did not appreciate having to listen to this language whilst waiting for my appointment and I have to say the dentist has always run on time which is very good for me as waiting a long time for my appointment would only add to my anxieties. All in all a great practice :)

The practice was so clinical and precise with COVID procedures they adhered to. From my telephone call to the receptionist to meet me at the door to take my temperature right through to handing my provided face mask and plastic bag to go into a bin when I finished. Upon arriving to the practice I was welcomed by friendly reception staff. I saw my dentist Jonny Cochrane who immediately put me at ease, so did the nurse. He replaced two amalgam (silver) fillings for me to white ones on request and for a private fee. Well worth it and a very reasonable price, I've been pleased with the results and soon to start with my whitening he has provided me. The paying and rebooking process was a breeze so thanks to the reception staff also. Highly recommend this friendly practice and the staff who come along with it. Thanks again everyone

I've recently registered with Jonny Cochran at the Longwell Green Surgery and I couldn't be happier with the service and standard of care given. It definitely deserves it's reputation as one of the very best Practices around. The reception staff are friendly, light humoured, efficient and very well informed and do a great job of making you feel welcome and at ease as soon as you walk through the door. The surgery itself is bright and comfortable and well equipped. As for Jonny and his assistant I simply cannot recommend them enough! I'm a very nervous patient but Jonny takes time to put me at ease, to methodically explain each procedure and even the tools and materials he's using and why. He appears to be highly regarded by his peers and his talent and passion are evident in his manner and approach. I'll probably never feel completely comfortable at the dentist but here I feel both cared for as a patient and valued as a customer. Yes it's more expensive than an NHS dentist but if like me you're a nervous patient then I guarantee you'll consider it money well spent. Five stars easy.
