I like it here. The staff are welcoming, friendly, efficient and helpful. The dentists are the same and also explain everything clearly in easy to understand language. The only reason it's 4 stars not 5 is that I rarely get seen on time - to mitigate that, it may be out of their control? Overall it makes going to the dentist a positive experience.

I’ve had an amazing experience with Purple dentist. I was a bit nervous about going to the dentist but all the staff are very welcoming and family. I was honestly blown away by this dental practice. After looking around for a while unable to get back on an NHS plan and finding private ones too expensive, I came across Purple and they have been amazing! Really affordable and honest, super friendly staff both at reception and inside the practice room. Barely any waiting times. Even when I booked and explained a problem I was having and booked my appointment, the receptionist unexpectedly phoned back after 5 minutes to give me more advise after she'd asked a dentist - so nice! I got my partner to sign up and go a couple of weeks after me and he received the same experience too! Would highly recommend.

Like a lot of people I was worried about going to the dentist but they made me feel at ease and explained exactly what was going to happen that day and the next time I have to go. As I am disabled I was concerned that I would struggle getting around but found everything disabled friendly, wide doors, easy access in the room, just one tiny step going into the main door but it was tiny and easy to manage. The receptionist was very polite and helpful and explained about filling in the consent form and where I had to sign etc. All in all a good experience, am hoping the next will be just as good, that's when the proper treatment starts.

I had a hygienist appointment which I was really happy with, booked in quickly and lovely staff. My daughters aged 3 and 18 months had a check up too and the staff made them feel at ease. My 3 year old opened her mouth and sat on the chair, staff gave her a sticker and let her press the button on the chair for her to be lowered. She’s no longer scared of the dentist!

(I have since edited my review to include the name of my Dentist): Lovely polite staff at all levels. Leyre Camarena is my Dentist & she is kind & gentle, which helps so much if you are a nervous patient like me. I had a large filling done today, experienced no pain or discomfort at all. Hygiene levels are superb and you can park right outside with no problems. Also, no over charging: I enquired about purchasing those tiny interdental brushes but was told they would not benefit me due to the space in between my teeth & that keeping to floss is fine. We no longer dread going to the dentist & are completely happy with this dental practice, it’s excellent 😊

Dr Niruban is the first dentist in years to make me feel truly comfortable, I've always felt slightly judged by past dentists yet he went out of his way to engage in small talk, continued to check I was ok during my procedures and gave good advice for aftercare

This is my regular dentist and they are brilliant and very friendly. The reception staff are always helpful and welcoming. I brought my baby for his first check up and the dentist was amazing, (even though my son cried the whole time), it didn't faze the dentist one bit and told me not to worry as most babies cry on their first dentist visit. Would recommend this dentist to everyone. Very good and quick at getting you an appointment.

My LGs (15 months old) first appointment. Dentist we saw was lovely even when she was pushed away. Very patient and put my daughter at ease. I also had an appointment. No lecture or telling off about not looking after my teeth, just advice on treatment. Dentist stopped when my LG became upset with mummy being looked at and allow me to reassure her things were fine.

I think all the dentist's there are brilliant but the very nice woman I'm seeing now is outstanding on explaining everything she's about to do and making sure you understand before anything happens, I know which is supposed to happen of course it's just the way she explains and what she does is the best and so gentle. I found that my visit to the Hartcliffe Surgery was handled very efficiently from the receptionist meeting you at the door with hand gel and taking your temperature there was plenty of room with only three chairs so well spaced out the actual dental check was handled very well

I found Purple Dental Care and they have been nothing but a joy to work with, and have made me feel so much more positive towards needing to use dentist facilities and helping with anxieties. They’re always responsive and very informative of the practices that you’ll be going through. Calm natured friendly staff who are reassuring and clearly want the best for you. After a desperate search for a dental practice who could help me as an unregistered patient for an emergency appointment, I'm so glad I found Purple Dental Care!! I have spent the last 5 days in agony due to a wisdom tooth cutting into my cheek and my local dental practice unwilling to assist me as an emergency patient. The receptionist who booked the appointment was incredibly helpful and friendly. Despite the dire situation of my cheek the Dentist sorted the tooth out so that I could heal enough to have it extracted next week. Given how my local dental practice treated me this week, I'll rather drive the 6.3 miles to Purple Dental Care to get treatments in future instead of walking the 295 ft to my current practice. Thank you all so much for taking care of me today you have no idea how much I appreciate it and I was finally able to eat something solid for the first time in 4 days! I would definitely recommend you to anyone I speak to about dental care.
