The team at Parkside Dental practice are warm, welcoming and friendly. From my first interaction with them, everything has always been seamless (for example, the ease at being notified of cancellation appointments has been fantastic). As someone who is not a huge fan of going to the dentist, Victoria has been great at providing me with a balanced approach on treatment options and always takes the time to explain things clearly. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients getting the best outcome and makes you feel very relaxed throughout the entire appointment.

I had already heard glowing reports about the dentists at the practice but have to say Victoria is amazing. She is just wonderful! I can't recommend them highly enough. My rear left molar had a massive cavity and I was on holiday in Carmarthenshire. I couldn’t get an emergency appointment in Carmarthen and my usual dentist in Cardiff wouldn’t see me for 11 days so I contacted Parkside. They were able to fit me in and allow me the time to travel back to Cardiff. I ended up needing a root canal and they were able to save the tooth and prepare it for a root filling. The service was first rate and exceptionally priced. I was so impressed I have left my dental practice and joined Parkside. I cannot recommend them enough. First rate all round.

The parkside team took really great care of me - I was a little nervous but right from the waiting room you're made to feel welcomed and relaxed. Victoria is so friendly and really takes time to explain everything and talk to you about any concerns or questions you may have. When I had work done I could barely feel the injections (something I'd been worrying about!) and everything went really smoothly. I moved to the Parkside practice last year. I had a number of dental issues and felt I was not getting the support and help I needed at my previous dentist. I met Dr. Grech and was immediately struck by the difference in attitude and support. A great consultation gave me clear guidance on what treatments would be best for me and what I needed to do to improve things. Since then, I have attended the practice on a number of occasions and the treatments have put me in a much better place. The work carried out has been both innovative and of the highest standard. Dr Grech and all her colleagues at the practice have been wonderful throughout.
