I'm usually very forgetful with writing reviews but after a completely seamless experience with Dr Jeni Thomas at SmileRight Dental Clinic, I couldn't not. She is extremely polite and caring, especially when dealing with my fright of needles. You would never guess I even had a filling to look at it. So happy with the whole service and can't say that I'm scared of visiting the dentist any more. Thank you Dr Thomas, highly recommend!

This is a combination of 5 stars for excellent treatment and 1 star for communication and customer service. After years of NHS basics and needlessly lost teeth I thought I'd found a dental practice I could trust and have confidence in. An emergency dental appointment can be made easily and the treatment I had, though expensive, was worth every penny. I was planning to have several dental implants there, but unfortunately I've since had a really negative experience with lack of communication about a cancelled appointment resulting in me losing a day of work, travelling to Cardiff with associated costs and having to put a complaint in writing just to get my £10 deposit returned. Depressing and annoying and such a shame. It wouldn't take much these days to e-mail, text or leave a message on an answerphone giving adequate notice of a cancelled appointment.

I have had nothing but amazing service from this practice. Andres my orthodontist went above and beyond, even coming in on his day off to see me! The reception staff and the nurses are super friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I absolutely love my teeth now and can’t stop smiling!!!

One of the best dental practice in Cardiff. Went there for a check up and for a clean. Nurse and dentist were very friendly,polite and professional. Fantastic dental surgery! I've been previously for chair side whitening and they were fantastic and most recently I've been for fixed ceramic braces. I've just had my braces off today and the results are amazing! Andres Rodriguez is a fantastic orthodonist and really listens to patients' needs and concerns. He is extremely knowledgeable and gave me honest, professional advice without any sales pitch for a particular brand and there were no hidden costs. I've had Saturday appointments every time and all the dental nurses and reception staff are very helpful when arranging appointments. Laura is excellent and she recognised me every time I arrived, even though I've only been going there since February. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Excellent service from the moment I rang reception to book an appointment for repair of a chipped tooth. I was booked in for a appointment within an hour of ringing at ~9.30am . Reception staff were helpful, friendly and accommodating. The dentist and technician were both polite and they have made an excellent repair. Given the fast turnaround and general excellent service across the board, I was very pleased with the price - I would highly recommend this professional dental clinic.

I just don't know we're to start, I made my first appointment here today as I fell and cracked my tooth. My husband is allready a patient of there's so he highly recommends anyway. I had not been to the dentist for 3years due to my severe anxiety and panic disorder. Dr Stoyan Slavov what an amazing person from start to finish he made me feel as comfortable as possible, kept me calm and reassured me everything was fine even when I did start to cry when my anxiety got the better of me. I've even booked in to see if there is anything else I need doing. I'm over the moon I have found a practice that take there time and put your needs first. the rest of the staff that I met along the way we're lovely friendly and attentive. Thanks Dr slavov for making my dentist experience and getting over the hurdle of actually being able to sit in the chair again. Great job guys keep doing what your doing absolutely amazing.

I came here last week as I had quite bad pain with my top wisdom tooth as an emergency. Dr Aris saw me on the same day and did an examination for me. He is highly skilled and trained dentist. He was really polite and comprehensive at explaining me what the problem is and what my options are. I preferred to have the tooth out as that was not the first time I have issues with it. I came back few days after and it took him 5 mins from start to finish having it out. I was so scared about having a tooth out but Dr Aris put me at ease and I did not realised when he took it out. Great experience with Smileright Cardiff and Dr. Stoyan. He solved a major problem that I had with my tooth, which required a root canal treatment in order to be saved. I had never thought that a root canal treatment would be without any pain or discomfort at all. Professional, Extremely Friendly and Versatile to Your Needs.. What more could you want? I was quite apprehensive undergoing dental treatment at a young age of 19. I was reassured throughout my timely treatment process, appointments always made to suit my needs and preferences and a very friendly staff team. I knew this dentist surgery was outstanding when I encountered an issue which needed prompt attention, which happened on a Saturday afternoon. I phoned up and was told to come down, and that they would find time for me, even around their busy and tight schedule. After having my top teeth straightened with Inman Aligner; I can't wait to get my bottom teeth done in the near future! Went to Smileright at Boots in Cardiff to have a missing crown replaced. I was a little nervous and apprehensive about the consultation, Not being a great fan of dentists !!, But I 'needn't have worried, from the first moment I met my dentist Stoyan and his team he was nothing short of marvel. He put me right at ease and explained my options, having had an x-ray he told me I needed a root canal treatment before he could replace the crown. Having agreed and booked the return appointment ( just a couple of days later), I was especially nervous as I don't like laying on my back for long periods. Well Stoyan was superb and did the whole treatment with me sat upright, I was in the chair for 2 hours and I never felt a thing. Stoyan is a master craftsman and deserves the highest accolade. Will definitley return to Smileright if I can have Stoyan as my Doctor. Cannot commend the whole team at Smileright Cardiff highly enough.
