D. S.My experience with Dr. Shiraz was phenomenal. I had composite bonding on my front 8 teeth, the process was so easy, painless, and quick. Dr. Shiraz took the time to explain what he was doing and checked in with me throughout the process.
I had an awards do pending and Dr Shiraz and his team and manager Gemma went above and beyond to fit me in before the awards.
Everybody I know has complimented me on my new smile. I cannot express how confident I now feel to smile showing my teeth. My face shape has changed and my smile is beaming. I cannot recommend Dr Shiraz highly enough. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you again.
L. .. ..Amazing dentist. Shiraz was kind and gentle whilst carrying out some dentistry work on my 11 year old son. Although my son has some sensory processing issues, Shiraz worked on his teeth for over 45 minutes getting everything which needed doing completed. My son had absolute trust in him because of the considerate and caring way he communicated with him during the treatment. I can’t praise Shiraz highly enough. A brilliant dentist. j. b.I contacted the dentist after i had a really painful tooth during lockdown. I am a very nervous person who suffer's from panick attack's so id put off going for so long. They got me in with an emergency dentist a young lady who i have to say was absolutely fantastic. She really put me at ease and made me feel so comfortible. i was so nervous so she suggested i saw another dentist there who she said was very good with anxious patient's. Today i went in for my treatement and again the dentist i saw was absolutely brilliant and so was his dental assistant. They made me feel so calm and at ease the whole way through my treatment. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone i know. Seriously would not put off going to the dentist again. If you are anxious, nervous or worried this is definately the dentist to go too. Also just like to add how lovely you receptionist's are too. Thankyou so much!!!

The receptionists are so helpful, with me being elderly they gave me a large print medical form to fill in and the dentist Shiraz and his nurse are so lovely.

COVID 19 safety precautions were in place and were taken seriously but it didn’t feel imposing. This is a massive compliment to the excellent team management they must have in place.

T. D.We have been coming here for years and could not praise the staff and our dentist Naveed enough. Always friendly helpful staff with very clean comfortable waiting areas. The texts to remind us of appointments is such a great way to book. We have never had a problem getting appointments and even if running late or had to rearrange they were always understanding and accommodating.

I have recently been to Bupa on Ipswich road and I don't mind going back because the team there looked after me very well. J. B.Prof. Andrew L and team have been instrumental in getting my confidence back so as to not only visit when the mother of all toothaches and her ugly sisters arrive. I now have regular check-ups and hygienist visits and even when I need treatment my gorgeous wife Becky (Hi Becky x) doesn't have to dose me with Scotch and hold my hand in Prof. Andrew's Theatre of Pain i mean treatment room. The place is spotless – you could eat your dinner off the floor. One of Prof. Andrew’s colleagues did a tricky extraction for me a while back – piece of cake….which is ironic as it appears that too many pieces of cake might have actually been the reason for the need.

I have anxiety but I have found Chandni the dentist and Sharon the dental nurse to be very empathetic to my anxiety and they try and keep me calm..
I do not fear the visits as much now as I know I am safe and well looked after..
Recently I had to have a new bridge fitted and both visits for the impressions and the fitting Chandni and Sharon have really exelled at the service I have received..
Also Chandni loves crocs like myself..she finds ways to relax me..I always leave smiling..
