I can highly recommend this dental practice. Marie is by far the best dentist I’ve ever had treatment with, she is extremely patient, compassionate and dedicated in giving a fantastic service. They put my mind at ease by explaining exactly what the plan of action was going to be...no extraction yet!! Marie answered all my questions and I didn't feel rushed which helped ease my anxiety. My Family and I have been going to see Marie and her lovely team for years . Marie has seen my children over the years and she has been so kind , gentle and patient everytime we visit . She makes visiting the dentist a pleasure and puts you at ease as soon as you walk through the door . My children who have now flown the nest have no fear of going to the dentist as a result of seeing Marie since they were toddlers and have registered with a dentist to continue treatment nearer to where they live . Marie is very honest and will not make up treatment suggestions if they are not required as I have found with other dentists in the past . You may have to pay more but you will get quality care and treatment and this includes the hygienist . I am with Simply Health so they help towards the payments . The procedure was painless and with a wonderful result - Marie always uses white filling material and gone is my old, lifelong silver-grey ‘protection’.Marie is always considerate and caring but went even further on this occasion, personally accompanying me out of the step-less rear entrance and along the path to support my rather unsteady progress (I am slightly disabled). Marie and her team helped me at short notice during difficult times in the UK. They were skilled and professional, completing the difficult extraction of a fractured tooth quickly and competently while taking great care of me. They also sourced a temporary denture to replace the missing tooth in 48 hours so it was ready as soon as the tooth came out. Because of my disability I had been concerned about the visit. I need not have worried. The ramp at the door was most unexpected. You were there to help and did everything you could. The days of being afraid of the dentists chair are gone. The work you did was painless and good. It was useful to not have to come back. Dental Distinction helped me with a massively painful infection that I had in my gum. I was unable to sleep and the agony was unbearable, the staff booked me in on emergency, and I missed the appointment because I believed it was for the next day by accident! They re-booked me in and helped me through everything and gave me the the help I needed. I cannot stress the amount of pain I was in! They were so absolutely lovely with me and honestly I cannot thank them enough for the speed with which they helped me and the quality of their help. They are amazing people!
