I've just had a wisdom tooth removed and 3 implants fitted. Fear stopped me from doing this years ago. But I decided last year to sort my teeth as a priority. I've had multiple consultations elsewhere. I have been given treatment plans which went from having all of my perfectly healthy teeth removed (£40,000) and all on 4 implants. To being told I had very complex anatomy which needed specialist surgery. I went into Mulberry as a local dentist to see if any of this made sense. It didn't. So, I booked and this week had all of my treatment, quickly (1.5 hours total). Completely painless, during and post treatment and it was SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than a quote I had to travel to Turkey. I can't recommend Dr. Shawqi Al-Hashemi enough. If you are unsure what to do, make an appointment!

I called thismorning looking for someone to take out my bottom wisdom tooth, which had come in sideways, urgently as I'm going on holiday soon and its been causing alot of pain! I called about 6-8 places in Colchester and Mullberry Clinics are the only place that offered me an appointment. Today! Well I went in and everyone were so sweet. I'm disabled and everyone were accommodating without making me feel bad for asking for what I needed, some instances I didn't even have to ask. The staff were kind and respectful of what I needed. I absolutely reccomend Mullberry Clinics.

Cannot rate this dentist enough!! Through out lock down and then a pregnancy my wisdom teeth (yes all 4) had been growing wrong and causing so much pain (my c section was a breeze compared to the pain from my teeth) my dentist referred me to mulberry clinics and I was given an appointment straight away (3 weeks from referal) upon arrival staff were lovely and very welcoming the dentist was amazing and very reassuring he talked me through what was going to happen and then was reasuring me through out the procedure within20 minutes all 4 wisdom teeth were removed and no pain what so ever highly recommended especially if your a nervous paitent 5 starts isn't enough to rate this place

I had my wisdom tooth taken out today, after a failed attempt at another practice. Dr. Shawqi Al-Hashemi made me feel relaxed from the beginning. I was very apprehensive at first, going to a new company (although recommended by my dentist) as I required dental surgery, a new front tooth. Shawqi Al-Hashemi, is a genius, other than the initial injections, the procedure was first class, pain free, quick but gentle. Had my first ever tooth extraction today, I'm usually a very nervous patient so I opted for sedation, upon arrival the dentist reassured me I wouldn't need it and that it would be over in 10 seconds. He wasn't lying! Having a wisdom tooth extracted turned out to be quite and enjoyable morning, spent most of it laughing and listening to radio head! Excellent staff and experience all round. Highly recommended! I had my wisdom teeth extracted by Mr Al-Hashemi and I'd like to tell everybody who is worried about going to the dentist to put their mind at ease. Very professional and friendly at the same time, after not even a week my wound is nearly healed and I had very little pain the first two days. Highly recommend. I wanted to get rid of my spider veins so I booked a free consultation. I find Jennifer very friendly and honest and the treatment cost was also not too pricey. Now I have finished my two treatments. She was very patient and meticulous. Her clinic is always clean. What I like most about her is that she performs her job with full concentration and commitment, which is reassuring as a patient. Hence, I’ll definitely be going back for other services☺️

Highly Recommend After years of being embarrassed about my legs due to thread veins I contacted Jenny at the clinic and she has literally changed my life with the work she has done on my veins. My veins were very bad and now you can hardly see where any have been. Went to the clinic yesterday to have a wisdom tooth out, my 3rd, under sedation privately as the NHS waiting list is almost a year. Receptionist was an absolute star and really put me at ease. When the dentist came out he asked if I would like to try without sedation. I'm really scared but he was so lovely and reassuring I said yes. Once in the chair he said at anytime let him know and he would sedate me. After numbing paste and injections, which I didn't feel, he pressed on my gum and asked if I could feel anything. I said no he said open your eyes and he was standing there with my tooth out. Literally 30 seconds. If I ever need anything done again I will definitely go here again. Truly amazing and fantastic practice. I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks so if you do these are the people to go to 💖

I went to the Mulberry Clinic today to have two wisdom teeth removed, inside the surgery itself it is very clean and modern. I had very little wait time and when it was my time to see the surgeon. He was a very easy going and made me feel comfortable throughout my surgery. He was also very informative. I spent today observing in Surgery with Mr Al-Hashemi as part of my post graduate training. It was a fantastic learning experience, especially as he and Lisa were so welcoming to me even though they have never met me before. I saw surgery being done so skillfully and minimally invasive as possible. The local anaesthetic can be sore but after that all patients were completely numb and the tooth was out within a few minutes. I have been a dentist for 11 years but if I ever needed a difficult tooth extracting myself I would get it done here. It is very lucky to have a place like this in Colchester.

Superb Swift Service for Wisdom Tooth Extraction! Amazed to be accepted for referral without delay. Huge thanks to Mr Shawqi Al-Hashemi and his Assistant for an absolute terrfic procedure . The instructions given by Clinic was helpful, will be useful until my gum is fully healed. Was nice of the Receptionist to call the next day to check up on how I feel. Advice given for medication has reduced the pain and swelling. Is difficult to eat, but at least can rest assure to relax have no worries and return to work within 3 to 4 days.

I found that Mr Al-Hashemi provides an astonishingly fast, efficient and confidence-inspiring service. I did not expect my tooth extraction to be straightforward; one of the roots was long, curved and reached into the nearby sinus. Despite this, I was in the chair for only a few minutes, with no real discomfort or pain, before the entire tooth was out with no fragments left behind. A remarkably positive experience!

I chose Jenny to look at a Milia (keratin cyst) I had noticed growing on my right upper eyelid that was really annoying me. After a quick review of my eyelids, she noticed some other ones too which I didn’t realize I had, and she was able to very quickly remove all 3 of them with thankfully very little hassle. I noticed how cleanliness was a huge factor for Jenny, and she was very dedicated to my needs and ensuring I had as little pain as possible. This is by far the best aesthetic practice I have ever been to. After a long search and having had lots and lots of treatments in different parts of Essex ,I heard great things about Mulberry Clinics, so I decided I must see for myself. I phoned and the receptionist was so helpful and fitted me in with Jennifer Al-Hashemi. Jennifer greeted me and invited me to her surgery. My first impression is the beautiful smell and the cleanliness. Everything is white and has a personal touch in it, I felt so welcomed. Jennifer spent over 60 minutes explaining everything in details, she is so knowledgable. She then did a patch test on me and arrange treatment sessions for me. I was self-conscious and lack confidence before I started my treatment. I had IPL treatment, laser hair removal and fillers. I have now completed my treatment. I am so happy with the results. I feel 20 years younger and so fresh. Above all, it changed my life and have started a relationship. My friends are amazed with how I look and I am so grateful for the transformation.
