After a deeply negative experience at another practice some time ago, I finally took the plunge and returned to a dentist. Due for three relatively deep fillings and a single extraction, I was very very anxious. Dr Omair and his colleague were brilliantly informative and reassuring whilst being very frank about the nature of the treatment needed, possible risks and everything else I needed to know. I can't fault my experience with The Smile Clinic and Dr Omair and I can say, with confidence, that I am no longer afraid of returning (though hopefully it will just be for routine check-ups from now on). Thank you Smile Clinic.

I am very anxious about going to the dentist, and haven't been to one in over 2 years. As soon as I walked in, the dentist just put me at ease with her understanding of my anxiety. I have booked 2 appointments without the fear of going back. Very happy 😊 for the first time in years I didn't have any anxiety about attending my follow-up appointment. I had treatment with the hygienist which went well she was calm and understanding and advised me on how I could improve by usinga product. Then into the dentist chair, 😬but straight away made me feel at ease. I had a crown and extraction in one sitting. I walked away feeling proud 😌 the dentist and nurse were so good with me keeping me calm and relaxed thank you so much 😊

I had the pleasure of Maddie and (Another lady but I cant recall her name, I think it could have been Sophie) providing me with the very best hygienist experience I have ever had. I left motivated to follow a plan and know exactly what I need to do to get back on track with my oral hygiene. Something I had let slip after less positive experiences in the past. Both made me feel very at ease and constantly checked on my well-being throughout the two sessions. My faith has been restored and I'm looking forward to going back to see my progress. The Clinic Staff are very good, Aysha the dentist is very good as is Kirsty the Hygienist, both patiently explaining everything, will be sorry when Kirsty leaves. My only issue is the time between appointments which could probably be seriously reduced by an additional dentist at this practice sight.

After being with my dentist for over four years and being disappointed with the service and care I received I finally got the courage to look for a new practice . I walked in had a consultation a diagnosis and a plan put in place , in less than a month it was all resolved ( dead tooth -internal whitening done ) I really cannot recommend this practice enough , already recommended to friends and family and will continue to do so

I cannot fault the staff at the smile clinic. All staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Talked my mum through every process of her treatment and made her feel welcome and as relaxed as possible. They have also been amazing with my two young children making them feel comfortable and letting them get use to a dentist environment. Thank you for all your help and work. Only down one star because of the quarter of an hour I waited after my appointment time and the hygienist issue. When i went in the dentist asked if I knew what my appointment was for I said I knew it was for an extraction but that I wanted to discuss my treatment she understood my reluctance to have the tooth out when it was not causing any issues at present and we agreed that a crown or filling would not work I decided to wait until it caused me pain. We then discussed a previous filling that I was having trouble with food collecting in it we agreed a crown would be the solution national health and private options were carefully explained and I chose my treatment plan the only other issue we did not agree on was the push for hygienist treatment which I declined.

Really polite and attentive staff from the receptionist to the dentist herself. Answered any questions I had and has helped me to find a teeth whitening process fit for me and explained everything I would need to know fully. The hygienist was also really lovely and it made such a difference to my teeth in just 30 minutes. Very happy to have them as my dentist and excited to see the results from my teeth whitening and the recommendations they made on how to keep my teeth healthy.

I've been going here for years. There was a period where service was not optimal, however now I'm very happy with the service provided. The staff are polite and professional. Appointments are usually available at a convenient time and they're very flexible if you need to amend an appointment too. Recommend them!

Took my one year old for his first visit and the clinic was lovely and clean, receptionist very polite and welcoming. The dentist was so so lovely! Suggested I took pictures of him in the chair and with her too. And he got a sticker :) No tears from him at all and good advice given. Really highly recommended!!

The staff are always so lovely and helpful. I had an appointment booked for a checkup for my son and myself during lockdown which obviously couldn’t go ahead. The dentist was only open a couple of days when they rebooked us for an appointment 2 days later. The dentist and dental nurses are always great with my kids so there’s no nerves about going in.

There is only one dentist in the branch but she is great. Very informative and although there is a bit of a wait to get the treatment I need, the dentist explained the treatment process very well so I know what I will be doing on my next visit. The clinic is very clean and sterile. Impressed with my first visit!

I'm pretty frightened of the dentist, but these guys are lovely. The dentist is a lady and she's very good. Reassuring with a nice manner. Receptionist is helpful. They used to wear uniform on reception, but now more informal. Which makes it seem more comfortable and relaxed. All very friendly.

The practice has undergone a fair bit of change since I first joined in around ten years ago. Last year, I had to visit the sister dental practice in the town centre due to a shortage of dentists, thankfully that has now been resolved. Friendly staff, bookings can be made that are not too far into the future. Would recommend. Thanks

The dentist lady was very friendly , my son is 4years old and had one bad teeth he didn’t want to get fixed as scared from dentist. She was really playful and show him what she is doing . I had a Root Canal Treatment with a subsequent Onlay by Dr Dhruv Shah at The Smile Clinic, I was advised well by him prior to the treatment and the treatment was successful and professionally handled, I am very happy with the procedure and service provided, and glad to be pain free of the one molar tooth that was constantly annoying me, the onlay looks nice too
