E. R.I found them very understanding having had to cancel and rearrange appointments due to mobility problems with a broken leg mid treatment.
R. S.I had about 6 appointments in a row cause I've just got back from travelling and didn't look after my teeth as I should and this is the best dentist. Very good value bulk bill, the NHS is great, a tiny fraction of what it would cost me abroad. I had Rabina as a dentist and she is absolutely lovely and very good at her job, it's over before you realise it's begun. I've been with her for years, she genuinely cares about her patients' wellbeing and health; her and Esther (?) work really well as a team. I highly recommend this dentist, and the waiting time isn't as bad as other reviewers are making out.
M. H.Rabena at My Dentist is fab! She makes you feel at ease immediately and clearly explains what will happen and gives reassurance. Equally the nurse, Esther, is lovely as is the receptionist, Moira, and it all makes for a rather pleasant experience which is often unexpected at the dentist's!
