Visit as emergency extraction, best dentist i ever visited and I'm 72 after injection to numb no pain didn't even know tooth was out. Took pain killer after 6 hours then none, only took half hour. The practice is very nice looking its a pity more dental practices don't have the same. Will definitely go again.

Went for emergency appointment. lovely and clean. receptionist was friendly and the dentist was excellent. so nice and funny. makes you feel very relaxed. had xray and wisdom tooth extracted, in and out in around 20 mins!

Had toothache phoned 111 and this dental surgery phoned me within 2 minutes with an appointment,As soon as I walked in it looked clean it smelled clean and the receptionist was happy and helpful.i saw a Dr Ali she sat me down explained everything in full,turned out I needed a wisdom tooth removed,it was painless and within the hour no pain her and her aid were brilliant from start to finish,hence the fact I'm now registered. I was referred to this dental surgery by NHS 111. I was very reluctant to go because of all the negative reviews. I honestly can't see what people are complaining about. The reception area was fine, the receptionists helpful. The dentist I saw, Dr Ali, was highly professional and explained all of my options to me very clearly. Her assistant was very nice too. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Fantastic service. After me turning up later to the appointment, the team were so professional and understanding to my situation. And even though it meant they would have to stay late due to me being late, they squeezed me in and I was so thankful that they didn't turn me away in pain. The team were friendly and instantly made me feel better about being there, in the waiting room it was pristine and clean, Spotless and the cleaners were present. The Dentist and her assistant were friendly. And the Dentist was so informative and professional. Absolutely top quality service.

I had wonderful experience with DR A Ali, she is highly professional and v caring dentist. She explained the procedure and made me feel v comfortable. Worst possible pain ever , I would rather of gave birth than have this tooth pain , 😫 infection, she said I can either give you antibiotics or take out , I said take out ,lady was patient with me, and reassured me all through out, I could feel everything, even after numbing 7 💉 times.

I attended this dental practice recently with my little brother as an emergency because our own dental practice could not squeeze him in until the next couple of weeks. I rang the practice in the morning and he was seen on the same day by Dr Satya she was so nice and patient towards my brother as he is a very scared and anxious person when it comes to visiting the dentist. She helped my brother get out of pain and also offered further appointments with herself! I would 100% recommend this dental practice to all my family and friends they were all so helpful!!

Excellent service and treatment. Very impressed 😊 Dr. Satya was extremely friendly, professional & knowledgeable. Not only did she quickly identify a suitable treatment plan but the way she explained it really put me at ease. I'm not local to the practice but it's well worth traveling. We have been patients of this Clinic for longer than 4 years. My in-laws and kids are frequent patients. This year we saw Dr. Satya Gupta and we all absolutely live her profesionalism and kind approach. She is amazing at her job and very caring. The point I am very dissapointed in with this Clinic are the receptionists. Most of them are rude and not helpful at all. They should revise their manners and customer service skills.

Me and my 6 year old Son both visited for treatment. He had never had treatment of any kind at a dentist before and it could have been quite daunting.... I had an emergency appointment as I had cracked a tooth and was in agony. I rang at 9am and they got me in at 11am. The dentist and nurse were fantastic and the tooth was removed and I didn’t feel a thing!!!! Definitely recommend this dentist. Absolutely fantastic care

I am terrified of dentists and do all I can to avoid going. It was 17 years since my last visit to a dentist when a missing filling became a very harsh infection. The staff have been wonderful, they are understanding, patient, and willing to take their time to make sure that your time there is as easy as possible. Now although I struggle a bit when I am in the waiting area I do not feel like the dentist is a negative place anymore because of the wonderful staff.

Reliable place of practice with friendly staff. The dentist I see has a wonderful manner and puts you at ease as soon as you come in to the room. She is always helpful and informative. The property itself is always clean and tidy. I consider myself lucky to have such a good place to go to for dental care, well done to the staff that work there and the NHS!

Overall is a good practice , I never had any problem to book an appointment even when I needed for an emergency, the female dentist I see is very friendly and nice she always concern if I’m ok and not feeling any pain during the procedure of removing teeth

Went to this dentist today after my own dentist declined giving me a emergency appointment even after ringing 111 and telling them I had spoke to 111 and they told me to keep calling my own dentist but getting nothing from then, I have been crying my eyes out in pain for two days, 111 got me this dentist to call me and they got me in within a hour and did everythink I needed doing to sort my pain out, Dr Marcin cajdler was my dentist and he was great and professional and his assistants were kind too, reception staff was polite too, also the new look of the practice looks very clean alot better than the other, no more pain thank you to you all 😁😁
