An excellent dental practice with a fantastic team who go above and beyond. Reception staff are friendly, efficient and excellent at communicating. I have been with them for a number of years now and even over the pandemic the level of care and support has not been an issue. Roger was excellent some Time ago at seeing my son, removing a tooth and ensuring he was OK. Michael is also an amazing dentist who my children all love and who recently really helped me with wisdom tooth issues. I cannot recommend the amazing team enough and thank them for an excellent level of care

I just want to say a sincere 'Thank You' to all the staff at Bupa Dental Practice in Dungannon! My recent appointments were stress-free thanks to the lovely, friendly & professional Team. The ladies at reception were always cheery and welcoming as was the Manager and Dental Nurses. Thanks too to the Cleaners who had everywhere spotlessly clean! A big shout out to my Dentist Michael, he was quick to put me at ease & put together a suitable treatment plan which he discussed with me at length before any dental work began. I have had a fear of Dentists from childhood but I can honestly say I didn't experience any significant pain or discomfort during or after any of my treatments. He carried out all dental work thoroughly & with upmost care and attention, constantly asking if I was ok. He is extremely professional & skilled at his job. Have been with this practise and with Roger Arnstrong for quite a few years. From you enter the practise you are met with smiling very professional receptionists. Roger himself is an amazing dentist and again very professonal in his approach. He makes you feel at ease and converses away to you. The dental nursed also are fantastic, friendly and againvery professional. I attend every 6 months and i know if neccessary i could call on this practise at anytime.
