L. M.Reception staff are very friendly and polite. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. Dr Craig Hadden is professional & friendly, and explains any treatment option available, I never feel uneasy or rushed during my appointment.
l. l.Have been with this clinic for years now.although I have moved house I'm still with the clinic because they are so good everyone is extremely nice and so helpful, and they really care about their patients. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

She checked my tooth and reassured me that it just needed to be made smooth again and she did just that. It was as pleasant as a visit to the dentist could be. S. F.Staff are reasonably friendly and efficient. The waiting area is warm and fairly comfortable and magazines are provided to read. The area could be more welcoming and comfortable, it is set out in quite a formal way and the chairs are not very comfy., it also feels quite clinical.
The appointments run punctually and a choice of treatments are offered where applicable. The only downside is that there is a long wait time, for appointments for treatment, usually of at least 2 months or so.
