Friendly and caring staff, especially in reception . Dental staff go that extra mile to make you feel comfortable and explain all the procedures clearly. Since Barry moved on I've been under the care of Craig who has been very understanding as I am a nervous patient and he always puts me at ease. Great work guys.

I have been using Bluewater for a couple of years now and I have to say they are possible the best dental practice I have come across. Professional and caring and extremely good and putting you at ease if you are a nervous patient like myself and I can still say that after Craig removed my wisdom tooth yesterday without fuss , talking me through the procedure and keeping me calm . Would recommend this practice without hesitation .

The dentist Barry was excellent - he explained everything to me beforehand and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure. He had a very good attitude, was light hearted and made the entire process very easy. I would recommend this dentist widely as their experience and knowledge is also first of class. I used to hate going to the dentist. However, I can honestly say this was the best dental experience I've had. From the offset they were understanding and compassionate. Francesca is lovely and Barry really put my mind at ease about the treatment. From there it was a doddle. The work was carried out without fuss and Barry was fantastic. I never thought I'd say it, but going to this dentist was a surprisingly great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to go back. Thank you to the whole team.

So I had been with the same dentist since I was seventeen and he wasn’t much older - he, much to my horror retired and I joined Bluewater in Lochwinnoch - my latest experience was today - Barry Lemon has been keeping an eye on a back tooth that has been giving me some trouble. Today was decision day and although I wanted it out he wanted to have a quick x-ray - he popped this little plate in my mouth and the next thing that I was aware of was gorgeous 6'4" blond haired Barry looking into my eyes, smiling and saying something to me then suddenly I realised he was saying "You will have to let go of my arm Soraya" Do you ever feel like a fool - I was terrified of the x-ray plate touching the back of my throat but having the tooth out was a piece of cake - what a great dentist and great staff too - by the way I am old enough to acknowledge when a hunk is a hunk without being embarrassed. Thanks Barry for being such a great dentist
