Friendly and make you feel at ease from the moment you walk in the door, reception staff Laura, nurse Alison and dentist Graham. Anything you’re unsure about is answered and you feel like decisions you make for forward treatment planning is being supported/ and advice is given from the dentist about best options for your care.

After the dental acupuncture treatment, the treated tooth suffered repeated pain, and a pustule developed next to the tooth, which lasted for several months. I went to another dental clinic last three weeks and was told that I had a severe infection and had to have this tooth pulled out.

Registered recently to get some fairly urgent root canal work done. Quality of the work was absolutely fine but was told at the time I needed 3 of my fillings replaced and given a dental plan to have them done. Was a bit surprised at this so decided to register with another dentist who told me my fillings were absolutely fine. Make of that what you will. Also, I wasn't too pleased at being sprung with extra charges for xrays at my initial assessment (on top of the assessment fee) that I hadn't asked for. My new dentist included all xrays in the initial assessment fee. Maybe they should be more up front about their charges so that people don't feel ripped off.

Had a consultation then a tricky tooth extraction carried out by @graham.thedentist last week at the practice. Graham was fantastic from first meeting to leaving, I did not feel any pain, just slight pressure/ discomfort, he was also very reassuring and explaining everything as it was happening when I was nervous about it all. The rest of the staff at the practice were also great and very professional & friendly.

I've been to a few dental practices in my time, but I have to say I had a really positive experience with Bupa Partick East from my initial registration through to my appointment and during the appointment itself. Reception staff were really welcoming and practice itself is modern and well laid out. You will get a text message to remind you of your appointment. I was seen bang on time and the dentist (Graham Lister) was extremely professional and friendly; Going to the dentist does not bother me but for those that do get a bit anxious I would be confident in saying that I think Graham would be able to reassure and calm any nerves. 10/10 for this practice- I can't see me going anywhere else.

I would like to thank all the staff at the practice for helping me. I was in a lot of pain and came into the practice to get help and they gave me an appointment that day. I was seen and figured out the problem (gum infection) but was so happy to be seen that day! And then I seen the lovely Sammie who did my scale and polish and show me how to keep my teeth and gums clean so that won't happen again. My dentist is Dr Jas, he is such an amazing person: kind, gentle and friendly. I will for sure recommend him! However, one of the receptionists sits at the front desk always seems so unhappy, I felt not welcomed every time I entered the place; She made me give 4 stars instead of 5.

I can only recommend Jas at Bupa Dental Care Partick East. As well as my regular check ups, I have had some extra work done with Jas. He recently fitted me with a new permanent retainer (something I didn't even know was an option) and a second overnight retainer. I am extremely pleased with all of the work and it was all organised very quickly and efficiently. I always feel like Jas gives me plenty of his time to answer any questions I may have and the staff have always gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable during treatments. Additionally Samantha the hygienist is super friendly and thorough. Also happy to answer any questions I may have and makes me feel very comfortable during the appointments. Reception staff have always been extremely pleasant and have always managed to fit me in when I have needed appointments last minute. Can only recommend Bupa Dental Care Partick East and all of the hard working staff. Thank you!

My wisdom teeth have always bothered me once or twice a year for the last few years, but this time the pain was worse and had lasted longer than it normally would. I booked an emergency appointment, was seen that day and had them removed within an hour of being there. The procedure was quick and painless and the dentist, Jaz, was extremely professional and talked me through everything.

It's the first time I've ever felt comfortable in a dentist as my childhood experience was terrible in health clinic. I find all the staff very friendly especially the young man at front desk. My Dentist, Tom was pleasant and professional. I was getting two fillings and he is the only dentist I've even been to that effectively anaesthetised my teeth before the procedure. The practice didn't add on loads of unnecessary treatments to pull in the cash like others do. I'm very happy with this dentist.

Had issues with an old filling during lockdown so called Bupa Dental Care Partick East who called me in for a check up. All precautions were followed upon entry to the practise. Temp check and sanitiser etc. Jaspal Purba was the dentist who attended to me. He explained clearly what the issue was and next steps. On my 2nd visit full PPE was adhered to which made the appointment very comfortable for me. Dr Jas and the Dental Nurse worked together very well and the technique was 2nd to none from administering the anesthetic to completing work on the tooth. It was very relaxed with both making sure that I was feeling ok. Highly recommend Dr Jas and the team at Bupa Dental Care Partick East.

I have BUPA dental cover through work but I suffer from terrible anxiety of anything medical or dental. At every point of contact with everyone at the surgery the care and standard of treatment I received was incredible and my pain was relieved in minutes by the Dentist. Can not be happier with the treatment I have received from Dentist Tom Conroy. After my tooth falling apart and with not much to work with I went with getting it replaced with a crown. Best decision I could have made the quality of the crown is unreal. It looks exactly like a real tooth down to shape and an exact colour match to my other teeth. Wish I done it sooner I no longer feel self conscious when speaking. My Wife and kids also visit the practice the reception staff are always great and the place is always clean.

As an extremely anxious and nervous individual, needles and dentist are my top fears. Was 4 years since I saw a dentist and had to get a check up. Picked Bupa Partick East, and was I lucky to have a consultation with Dr. Jaspal, who took the time to explain every single detail of the process of getting a tooth out. Told me to book in my own time and said he would take 1 out on next visit. Booked and went back, nerves got the better of me when in the chair, but he well froze my mouth up. My legs were shaking but again Dr Jaspal explained it was anaesthetic. Minutes and I mean minutes later my tooth was out, felt no pain at all. Iv done it, last extraction I was aged 9. 3 weeks later I went back to Dr. Jaspal I shocked myself although I was nervous I got in that chair and had the other taken out. I cannot thank Dr. Jas enough he is so professional, caring took time to explain everything to me. That day when I just picked Bupa Partick East couldn't imagine meeting a dentist like him. Anyone who like me is terrified make that call to Bupa. Also a great big thank you to Kelly Anne who was also by my side on my journey. They make a great team. See you in 6 months lol.

This isn't my usual dental practice, but my dentist was off so i was seen by Graham Lister who was amazing treated me for my pain like i was one of his own patients. Dr. Purba is a great professional. I always feel pain when a dentist injects an anaesthetic into my gums. However, when Dr. Purba did it, I felt nothing. I didn't even realised he had done it. Moreover, he is a very friendly and approachable person. I thoroughly recommend his services. The receptionists are also friendly and efficient.

I visited the Bupa dental care surgery today to have my lower left wisdom tooth extracted I was treated by the dentist Jaspal Purbal who I can say is the best dentist i have ever had. He was very friendly and put me at ease he talked me through the procedure,. having done that he administered the local anesthetic and I did not feel a thing the whole extraction process went extremely well and I was out of the chair in less than 15 minutes! thank you Jaspal

He is open, friendly and professional. He seems empathetic enough with my hatred of dentists and I've got no problem with him taking a needle to my face. i have terrible dental phobia and hadnt been to a dentist for years , a friend recomended the practice , i have Dave Kennedy as my dentist , he is so friendly and takes everything at a pace that suits the patient . i was in today to get five teeth removed and decided at the last moment to be knocked out , it was no bother they had everything set up and my form signed within two minutes. its now four hours later and after a nap im feeling great . thank you Dave And Laura

I had a filling drop off so phoned and they offered me an appointment the following morning, dentist temp filled it and explained about private vs nhs re: covid restrictions, e have agreed a private appt for treatments (expensive but it’s my choice - could have waited and had temp fillings till restrictions lift (whenever that is!)) Excellent hygiene and covid precautions by all staff and the other client I saw.

Hi I just wanted to take a min to thank Dr Jas at Bupa dental care and the wonderful dental hygienist who looked after me I'm a bit nervous when I go to the dentist but all the reception staff I came into contact with were great so friendly the treatment I had was first class Dr jas talked me through everything he was going to do and to be honest I can't thank them all enough as they have given me my smile back I was not happy with the way my teeth were and I'm just glad I took the steps to get it sorted and having a great friendly professional service like all the guys @ partick East dental care was just great would highly recommend them anytime 😁👍
