Been going to see Gail for years now as she took the fear of dentists away. Staff are so friendly, polite and accommodating if you need to change appointment. Highly recommend.

Great dental practice. Have gone here for years and at all times feel like I’ve been treated with the best care and complete honesty. They’ve always gone above and beyond but support throughout pandemic in what must be really challenging times for them has been second to none. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking a supportive and professional team.

I’ve been going to this dental practice, with my family, for many years. The dental care provided is first class. The staff are extremely professional, friendly and welcoming. They pride themselves on putting you at your ease and ensuring that you are comfortable with any treatment you are receiving. If you are considering this practice, I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Fantastic dental practice, I recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist. I've been with Jo for 27 years (hard to believe she's old enough!) My son (5) loves going to the dentist too, he adores the staff and they've made him feel happy and relaxed since he cut his first tooth.

I have attended this practice with all of my family for over 20 years they are a very professional highly skilled team who always have the patient at the heart of every thing they do. The treatment is second to none and nothing is to much bother, they accomodate your needs and are very mindful of your working hours and needs when trying to accomodate appointments. I would highly recommend this practice if you are looking for someone to look after your most prized possession ie Teeth 😀👍thanks to Gail and the staff team for the excellent care over the years keep up the fantastic work

Since turning 40, I've been increasingly aware of my teeth gradually looking more and more like an assortment of Sugar Puffs. This all reached a depressing low point a few months ago when half of a back tooth just broke off for no apparent reason.
I headed in to see Dr Gail Falconer and I was pretty sure that my half tooth/stump would have to be removed and that this would be the beginning of a miserable spiral of tooth death for me. The dreaded, Long (tooth) Goodbye.
What DGF managed to do was quite literally beyond the realms of what I thought was possible. She built the tooth back up again! That's right. It's all there. All of it! I have no clue how any of this works but I'm over the moon.
It got even better.
After rebuilding my stump tooth, I then went on and got all of my ugly metallic fillings replaced with an amazing natural looking tooth-like material. Being a bit of a conspiracy nut, I'm really excited about this and it feels great to know that I no longer have those (potentially!) dodgy heavy metals in my mouth. What's more, the inside of my mouth has gone from 80s horror movie material to... well... kind of okay.
DGF also polished my teeth, got them looking great and then gave me some good advice on tooth brushing techniques. Yes. I know that might seem a bit Play School but this is the kind of thing that really seems to make a difference. Folks, if you go in and she gives you advice then take it on board. I guarantee, it'll make a huge difference.
Within just two or three months I've gone from being totally ashamed of my teeth to really happy with them. My teeth may not be as white as Rylan's. Nevertheless, by my standards they are good. What's more, for the first time ever I'm optimistic about the future of my teeth. By following GF's advice I can see little improvements day by day. This is both unexpected and exciting for a guy my age.
People of the planet Earth: everything that you've been told about your teeth is wrong! The story of your teeth does NOT have to be a one way street that leads to Sugar Puff City. It turns out you CAN dramatically improve your teeth, even if you're over 40!
Dr Gail Falconer is a miracle worker. I've had several dentists in my life but never anyone in her league. She has the absolute highest degrees of professionalism and works with a sort of controlled, fluidity that must surely be the hallmark of somebody who has mastered their craft.
I read recently that being a dentist is one of the most depressing jobs on Earth. I'm not sure if that's true or not but if you ever read this, DGF, then please do know that what you're doing is dramatically improving the quality of peoples' lives. I'm absolutely delighted and I'm sure others are too.
Thank you!
