I have travelled some distance from the Scottish Highlands to attend a number of appointments for dental implants over the last year or so. I have been hugely impressed by the standard of treatment given in this time, and don't hesitate to give Halo Dental the best possible recommendation. The quality of service has been superb and my dental situation has been transformed for the better.

I am pleased to say my experience at Halo Dental Clinic was very pleasant. I am not a regular patient, I am from Vancouver BC and was in Glasgow visiting my daughter. I had broken a temporary filling on a tooth that was going to have a crown installed. This happened while waiting for my flight to Glasgow. When I arrived in Glasgow, I tried to get an appointment with a number of clinics without success. When I contacted Halo Clinic they were able to take me as a patient and was given an appointment for just two days later. The dentist who repaired my tooth was very friendly and patient, as were all of their staff. I was very grateful for the help I received. I would happily recommend Halo Clinic to anyone seeking dental care. It was helpful in making our visit to Glasgow a very pleasant one!

A highly professional team of people who take good care of you. They have been very patient with me accommodating last minute changes to appointments. Im always nervous about going to the dentist however staff are always nice and friendly. The only fault is appointments always run late however these things cant be helped.

Wonderful practice. All the staff are lovely, very helpful and kind. Duncan is exceptional. I had a wisdom tooth extraction which Duncan removed in minutes. Very little swelling after and zero pain. I have also had an implant. The whole process was made very easy for me. Again hardly any discomfort and zero pain. I’ve had lots of dental work with lots of dentists over the years. Considering this has been some of the most invasive it’s been the least discomfort or pain. I cannot recommend Halo and Duncan enough. Wonderful practice.

As always greeted by patient, friendly staff. Two extractions next to wisdom tooth on lower jaw. Kept informed by Duncan on what he intended to do and further informed as he progressed with extractions. I live in Helensburgh, I am 79years old and have debilitating Rheumatoid Disease, but choose to make the round trip journey as I receive the best, professional treatment available. I’m very happy with Halo Dental. Client safety and happiness come first and I always feel that I’m in safe hands with a very experienced dentist. Duncan always makes it clear what your treatment will be and exactly what your options are in terms of implants and such - not all dentists explain things so clearly. I think he is particularly good at making potentially difficult injections as pain-free as possible so if you’re at all nervous about things like that, it’s a good place to come. I think it’s clear that all the staff at Halo (reception staff, practice manager, dentists etc.) feel it’s important that they all do a good job. I’m very happy with my recent implants.

I am happy to share what has been a most satisfactory experience at Halo Dental. Around 18 months ago, I needed to have an infected lower right molar removed. As this was an important chewing tooth, I made enquiries about getting a replacement tooth at Halo. The surgical procedure was clearly explained to me and I decided to go ahead. The surgery itself was absolutely pain-free and professionally carried out. Aftercare has also been first class and I have no hesitation in recommending Halo Dental for any dental work required. It's a huge relief to have the right side of my mouth fully operational again. Thanks Halo!

Have tried numerous times over the past few months to enlist a dental service prepared to work on finding a solution to my problem with a poorly functioning lower dental plate provided by another dentist (in Cyprus) some years ago. All either ignored my request for service, replied sometimes months after seeking help or else failed to provide a response to the initial exchange of details. Frustrating beyond belief. On a personal recommendation from a former colleague - whom had experienced similar problems with other private sector dentists in the past - I approached Halo Dental and was met with speed, efficiency and good-natured service from the very outset. After just one visit, I was re-assured that the problem could be sorted in some way and was referred to a dental technician for the initial stages of sourcing needed parts, whereupon my dentist at Halo Dental would then set out a schedule for dental repair and replacement suited to my needs. I could not have imagined a better service provided by people whom were efficient, helpful and above all, highly professional. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from start to finish. Took me a long while to finally be free of COVID restrictions and get in to see Andrew and I’m glad I did. He I been one of the best dentists I’ve been to. Great patient centred care with excellent technique. I had a cracked tooth and a huge filling was required. Other than the slight scratch when the anaesthetic went in it was plain sailing! Happy to go back when I need.

Great service. Receive the same level of service each time I attend. Time is always taken to explain what needs to be done and how you can keep your teeth in good condition. All options are explored. Really easy to book appointments by phone or online. You always get a text as a reminder which is very useful.

My son and I have been patient's of Halo dental practice since it opened. There is a welcoming, friendly atmosphere and reception feels like you are walking in to a boutique hotel. Professional and polite staff, staff are efficient in allocating appointments (don't have to wait weeks) and plenty parking spaces on Duke Street. No yearly fees to pay in order to be a patient like other practices.

Decided to go private to have some private cosmetic treatment (composite bonding) done and had a consultation with Andrew, he is very very friendly and nice, listened to what I wanted and showed me what my teeth would roughly look like if I went through with the treatment, consultation was free, when it came to my appointment again he was very friendly and welcoming and just makes you feel at ease in the dentist chair!

Service was quick and efficient - went in for emergency treatment with huge gap in my front teeth and 10 mins later they had reseated my crown and post and I was good to go - also it only cost £10.50 - I was charged £400 last year for the exact same procedure by a well known hyndland dentistry and the end result was not nearly as good ! Good service, bright modern facilities and value for money - I'll be making Halo my dentist of choice from now on !.
