I was very nervous as I hadn’t been to the dentist since before covid, but the ladies made it so relaxed! Very gentle and explained everything to me. Came away feeling relaxed and realised I didn’t need to be nervous!

I would highly recommended the practice, Dr Radhika is a wonderful dentist with such a lovely patient focussed approach, particularly for the nervous visitor. The entire team which includes Catherine and Michelle, whom I’ve known for years , are so friendly, welcoming and professional. My entire family attend this practice and I’ve been so grateful for their dental care , particularly during these challenging times. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Must say I’m constantly impressed by the new dentist that has recently taken over this practice, as someone who doesn’t find going to the dentist the most pleasurable experience I now have little anxiety. Impressive technical staff and excellent pricing, can’t recommend enough. Lastly can I just mention how lovely and warm the receptionist is, always friendly and takes time to ask how I am. Just wonderful.

Mrs Pathiwal is a star dentist as far as I am concerned, I just had my first filling today and it was splendid. Put at rest by a wonderful dentist and Michelle her equally wonderful dental nurse. In and out no fuss then had wee blether with Catherine on the way out, really friendly atmosphere and will do for me.

I have been with this dental surgery for over 25 years and Catherine and Michelle have always been friendly and very helpful. I was a bit apprehensive before meeting Radhika the new dentist for the first time. However, right from the start she made me feel very relaxed. She is very caring and is aware of how you are feeling. She took time explaining the work that was about to be carried out and throughout the appointment she spoke to me and made sure I was fine. I would highly recommend this dental surgery.

Catherine and Michelle are so friendly and helpful, they could not be more understanding. I am definitely not their easiest client to deal with and am always apprehensive about going to the dentist but they always know the right thing to say to calm me down. Meeting a new dentist for the first time is never easy for me however Radhika put me at ease instantly, always making sure I am comfortable and explains everything in detail so that I know exactly what she’s doing at all times (which helps a lot). Can’t recommend them enough!

Having been a patient at this surgery for many years, I have to say I've been very impressed with the new 'Kirkintilloch Smiles' service and dentist Radhika PATHIYAL. I was especially grateful for the kindness and patience she recently showed my nervous young son. She took her time, explained/demonstrated everything, and reassured him throughout, mitigating any fears he may have had about his next visit. (The polar opposite of how dentists used to be when I was young!) Can't thank you enough Radhika! As always, the receptionist and staff at this surgery are just wonderful; so friendly and welcoming.
