Just had both my wisdom teeth removed here this evening, everything was explained so well and I was made to feel at ease by Catriona and Jade. Not really a nervous patient but with what I was getting done I was slightly anxious but there was no need I was put at ease from the moment I walked in the room. Everything explained very clearly throughout the surgery and good advice given regarding aftercare. I’m just so happy to have my wisdoms removed after recurring toothache these past couple of years.

How anyone can fault this clinic i will never know! Was referred for a difficult tooth extraction,had sudden toothache was given an appointment next day where i had to have 2 teeth removed. I can’t remember the name of the lady who done my extractions but she was absolutely amazing I’ve never been so relieved & at ease in a dentist before. Thank you so much

I was sent here by my dentist who didn't want to risk extracting a wisdom tooth, when I first arrived I was slightly concerned at first as everyone who worked here looked so young, just me getting old I think. I was then examined by a young lady much younger than myself but she gained my confidence very quickly by talking me through the process. To be honest it was removed before I even noticed, all I felt was a tug after the extraction tool was put in place which I imagined was the tools getting into the tooth. The tooth was in terrible condition when I arrived and she did remove the whole thing and cleaned it up within 15 minutes. I was very surprised and realised why my dentist had sent me there and didn't have a go himself. He wasn't confident that he would get all the little bits and pieces out that would break off and may have left me in some discomfort. These people know what they're doing and they do it well. I wasn't in the building long, I didn't wait very long at all and I was back out pain free within 30 minutes in total with no repercussions. All I can say is thank you very much and I would highly recommend this clinic.

I had an early appointment to get a recurring painful wisdom teeth removed and I was very anxious. I don't remember the dentist name but she was very informative and explained my x-ray clear and well and I needed another widom teeth removed and she did two at the same time. All the staff I met were really nice. I was very anxious so I went for sedation treatment and it went really well and also explained the aftercare throughly with my partner too. I would defo recommend them for anything dental wise as I'm very anxious person and felt at ease. I felt the treatment went well and recovery will go very well also. I had an appointment today at half 11 today to have a badly damaged tooth removed i had previously tried to have it removed normally but with no luck but today was the easiest most pleseant experience the staff were incredibly friendly and made the whole thing very pleasant and the tooth that caused me so bother for so long was gone before i could even realise it absolutely amazing

Was in today at 9am to get wisdom tooth removed. I was absolutely terrified but as soon as I lay on the bed the dentist (can't remember her name) made me feel at ease. She explained everything from who was in the room to where she was going to inject me. She continually asked if I was ok when extracting the tooth. Dentistry is her job but she acted as though I was her daughter going through the procedure. Amazing amazing work. The dental nurse was lovely too although i didnt have much interaction with her. My fear of the dentist has reduced after visiting today. Thank you so much.

Before the procedure Veronica explained exactly what she would do - and then did it quickly and with minimal discomfort. [I was getting a molar out after all.]. Just had a tricky wisdom tooth removal from Veronica and she was amazing. Very friendly and professional and most importantly quick! The extraction only took around 10 minutes and this included stitches in my gum too. The Dental Assistant Jade was also lovely and made me feel so at ease. I was a little nervous but they made it seem so easy and pain free. I’m booked back in for my next procedure and have no worries now. Brilliant aftercare instructions and I like that they talk you through the whole process and give you options too. Thanks guys!

Never thought I’d write a review for a dentist but I am so pleased! I was in and out of the chair within 20 minutes for my wisdom tooth removal. As a few below me mentioned, there’s a bit of wait but it was absolutely fine. I was called into the studio where I was introduced to Hazel, my dentist, did an x-ray, pricing was explained and I got my numbing injections. The surgery was brilliant (as brilliant as dental surgery can be), it was obviously uncomfortable but it was the best removal I’ve had, to date. And I used to live in Switzerland and paid 600£ for a removal once and ended up looking as if I had been in a boxing fight. I felt so well I even thought of walking home. It does remain an uncomfortable experience but I am back at work today, no swelling (or hardly any) and I am feeling absolutely fine. This could not have gone any better. Highly recommend this place!

Visited today and cannot recommend this place highly enough! I was referred here by my dentist due to a wisdom tooth having a hole in it. Initial appointment was 3 months time, but I phoned after waiting 6 weeks because the pain was unbearable, and luckily got a cancellation to attend within 3 days! Upon arrival I was greeted by two young females who were very welcoming. Filled out the forms as required & waited to be seen. My appointment time was 10.20, I was taken through to a room at 10.45, which wasn’t too bad considering the waiting room was packed! I was then greeted by a very friendly dentist called Carolyn. She couldn’t have been nicer! I was literally petrified because I knew this wisdom tooth was going to be a tricky one, but she couldn’t have calmed me anymore & made me feel at ease. I was then given a few injections & asked to wait in the waiting area till it “kicked in”. 15 mins later I was back in the chair under local anesthetic & a completely numb jaw/mouth/lip. Literally must have taken her less than 5 minutes to extract the wisdom tooth out, so much so I never even knew it was out and asked haha! Never felt a thing! Only thing I really felt was the needles going into the jaw bone & some pressure from her pulling the tooth out, but apart from that....never felt a thing! I am usually terrified of dentists & like others watched far too many videos on how wisdom teeth are extracted, but I guarantee you, you won’t feel a thing! I even quoted my dentist “that actually was nowhere near as bad as I’ve been thinking it was!” On way back to the reception to pay for the treatment, which I phoned ahead to check, could have cost me up to £60, then in the chair on the day Carolyn told me it’d be no more than £33, reception then gave me a final total of £13!!! Because it was a simple procedure and no drill was needed etc. Husband was happy! I’m a few hours out of treatment still numb, jaw is sore, still some blood but nowhere near as bad as the pain I’ve been in through this Wisdom Tooth. Cannot thank Carolyn & her assistant anymore! Thanks ladies & thank you for restoring a bit of my faith in Dentists!!!

Having fractured my back tooth in half, I was referred by my own dentist to have it extracted. I was a little anxious having never had a tooth removed before, but the staff were beyond fantastic! Extremely polite, pleasant and reassuring, calmly talking me through everything they would do before starting my treatment and making sure I was comfortable the entire time. They made it an entirely painless experience, from the initial numbing injections, to having my gum sliced open and stitched. My treatment was carried out in the most professional manner. With no swelling, bruising or pain afterwards, I can not recommend this clinic or their staff highly enough... superb!!

I've always had a fear of the dentist, today I required two teeth to be removed and the dentist who operated was by far the best dentist I've been to. Very professional clinic and everyone was so kind and helpful. The dentist put me at ease and took time to talk me through the procedure. She was very understanding and had a very gentle manner. My tooth was out within minutes with no pain. I was so relieved as I hadn't had a tooth out for years and I expected the worst, however, I need not have worried as it went fine. It's good to know that the Albion clinic is there if needed.

I would like to say a HUGE thank you to all of the staff at this surgery. I am a 44 year old man with a crippling fear of dentists. Yesterday I had 5 front teeth and a wisdom tooth removed at The Albion. They had been made aware of my phobia and treated me with complete respect and met with me a week before my surgery to consult and help put my mind at rest. On the day of my surgery I was given all the time I needed to calm myself and (prior to the medication kicking in) everything was explained to me and I can honestly say I've never felt so at ease at a dentist. I would recommend The Albion to anyone needing dental treatment and will not forget how easy this was.

I've been to Albion Clinic few days ago to take out a wisdom tooth. I have to say I was quite worried about it, but Sylvia and Cristina did a marvelous job, both reassuring me and extracting the tooth. It was quick, safe, almost painless and I had lot of fun with them. I really raccomand this clinic!

Referred to the Albion Clinic by my normal dentist due to the positioning of my Wisdom Tooth. Whilst I wasn't in pain, had a 2 month appointment for having my Wisdom Tooth removed before it caused any problems as it was close to grazing my nerves. Gone in after hearing some horror stories from my work colleagues, it couldn't have turned out better. Opted for for non-sedated procedure (£59.04 as oppose to £135ish). I'm a fairly big individual so required an additional shot of anesthesia. Due to the awkward angle, they had to break down my Wisdom Tooth into 4 parts, clean the gap and sow it together. Whilst it's not comfortable to experience that much pressure on my tooth, I felt no pain after the additional anesthesia. It's been 18 hours since my Oral Surgery, not had to use the Gauze. Have been placing Bag of Frozen Vegetables on my face to reduce swelling and taking Panadol and Ibuprofen to reduce the pain....I'll be honest, it's not really any pain, just slight discomfort. I was well informed going in and they took great care. Singithi was my Dr and we had a wee chat towards the end and shared some laughs about the experience. Couldn't have gone better. - Stephen

After having a very bad experience getting teeth removed, I was terrified when I went in on May 2nd 2016. Hazel and the whole team made me feel at ease, I got 2 Wisdom teeth removed under Sedation and I must say I felt and remember NOTHING! Such a fantastic experience, painless and just amazing. My appointment was for 1615 hours and the waiting room was packed. I was taken at 1655 and was talked through everything that would be done by a very friendly nurse. Sorry she did not give me her name. My dentist Julie was just as friendly and put my mind at rest. The extraction I had, did have a problem which Julie coped with like a true pro. If I was to have a slight moan it would be with the receptionists not very friendly at all. They should know that people visiting the clinic are very apprehensive and take this into consideration when "welcoming" patients. Alex McDonald 15/3/18

I'm not scared of the dentist but this wasn't just a dentist appointment to me , I was needing empacted wisdom teeth taken out I was a nervous wreck. I was taken in where I met with my nice Irish dental surgeon. I never felt a thing and can't remember anything either I woke up in the house. Anyway 25 hours after surgery and I'm all swollen up but have very little pain. So to anyone who needs to go here go and don't worry I've done it and I'm a big JESSY :-)

I arrived promptly for my noon appointment on Tue 8th April and was seen within a couple of minutes. I was ushered through to where the dental work was to be done and my Dentist, Hazel, asked me to relax and make myself comfortable on the chair. She then talked me through the various procedures that would be used with me, taking time to reassure me when I had any queries on those points. Moments later her assistant painlessly inserted the iv sedation thing into my arm and I was immediately in dreamland. After a period of what seemed to me like a couple of minutes, I was informed that my 7 extractions, including two wisdom teeth, had been completed successfully. I can't thank Hazel and her team enough ( sorry never got their names ) and the iv sedation thing, for the best dental experience I have ever had in my 67 years.

I had three teeth taken out today, yeah i'm still supposed to be drugged. But the drug didn't work, only for a few seconds i felt dizzy but i remembered the thing, to when the women put the chair back to when they all had a conversation about their weekend to the pain of having my teeth taken out and skipping out to the taxi without a trouble. Though maybe I should have told them I needed more of the drug, the staff were lovely and really kind. I'd go back but not to get any more teeth removed, sorry.

Was referred here by my dentist to have a partially erupted wisdom tooth removed. I was seen by Singithi Liyanage who explained everything to me in advance of the procedure and talked me through it as she did it. I had been a bit apprehensive but the injections were the worst part and the extraction was extremely quick.
