The level of care and attention this dentist practice takes during an appointment is night and day compared to any other dentist I've ever been at. Appointments seem to last about 50% longer than other places. But I say that with praise rather than it being a bad thing. You really feel that they take extra care to make sure you are at ease, relaxed and pain-free during any procedures. They also take far more care than the average dentist when doing some of the more basic things like providing fillings to ensure that your bite and in mouth feeling is as close to natural as you can get. I've only been registered here for 5 months and already I regret having been at any other dentist.

Brilliant experience everytime! I became a patient here about 5 years ago and have seen both Laura and Joe. Both extremely professional and friendly. Joe has done a ton of great work with me over the last couple of years and I'm really glad I found them. Every single person at the practise is friendly and polite, they all seem to really love their job which makes it a much more comfortable place to be a patient.

I can't fault Tiwari Watson Dental Care. I've given Laura a few tricky "jobs" over the last couple of years (snapped tooth, hooked root, huge fillings...) but nothing is any bother to her and I've been more than happy every time with the outcome. Both Laura and her assistant Laura are lovely, very quick to put you at ease and are always making sure you're well throughout the procedure. I always seem to speak with Georgina on reception who is also very helpful and professional!

As someone who has long standing anxiety when attending the dentist I experienced from my first visit that my dental care was in good hands. My treatment is now completed and my first impression has not changed. Professionalism and communication from all the staff was always excellent. I was given by Joe a written treatment plan that ensured I was aware and knew all stages of my dental care throughout my visits and this helped reduce my anxiety, very impressive. I will be returning for my 6 monthly check-up with more confidence and much less anxiety. So thank you!

Issues were diagnosed by Dr. Tiwari during my initial visit and the situation was ameliorated without any detrimental delays. Lauren made sure I was comfortable at all times during the treatment as well(Thanks again Lauren). The place has an impeccable standard of hygiene and the each and every one of the staff radiated a very high level of professional competency and positive energy. Dr. Tiwari is simply the best dentist I have ever been to. Ever. I really rate this dental practice. So far I've used the dental and hygienist facilities. Both were bang up to date in equipment , spacious and well illuminated. In Covid times the hygiene is essential and this was impeccable. The dentist Dr Raashi Tiwari has a great manner and put me at peace instantly. She explained my issue and what the treatments would be. These she executed brilliantly. The hygienist Rebecca Nicholson was very thorough and performed a great clean and used the air cleaner to remove the staining. Very impressed with the results. The reception staff are friendly and helpful too. Highly recommended.

As a new patient I was extremely nervous about meeting up with the staff even because I was struggling with a painful toothache which caused me to take two/three tablets a day. On top of that all my previous dentists said nobody would ever be able to extract my wisdom teeth because my mouth opening was quite poor. On the last day of the year (2020) I had an appointment and Doctor Raashi immediately put me at ease while removing two teeth one of which was the "infamous" wisdom tooth. It was a walk in the park, no pain, no stress at all. I have recently completed my implants, veneers & whitening treatment with Tiwari Watson and I am absolutely delighted with the results. It was initially Laura that recommended I have a consultation with Joe to discuss my ongoing frustrations with a failing bridge and potentially having to be fitted for a denture. I had no smile confidence and was therefore keen to see what solutions could be offered. The consultation process with Joe was first class and he took plenty time to explain the options available to me and the potential outcomes of each option. My treatment involved the fitting of 2 implants, 3 veneers and 1 crown along with a whitening treatment. The implant fitting process all went well without issue and I then had period to allow for it all to settle down. The impact of Covid-19 caused a bit of a delay in getting things completed, however as soon as they were able to I visited to have everything fitted in one treatment. To say I am happy with the results would be an understatement, it has exceeded my expectations and is testament to the first class service on offer at Tiwari Watson. 100% smile confidence! I highly recommend Tiwari Watson and want to say a huge thanks to Joe, Tiegan, Laura, Mr Chan and the whole team.

Best tooth cleaning of my life! I am quite anxious with all things medical, and although I don't have a severe dental anxiety I am still a bit apprehensive about change. I had a tried-and-tested dentist for 15 years who retired before the coronavirus outbreak and switched practices a couple of times before arriving here. Rebecca, Laura and the team are absolutely fantastic and I can honestly say after my hygiene appointment I've never had teeth as clean as this in my life! I have an irregular bite and some complications and the team were great at putting me at ease, explaining the treatment and what they were doing, communicating and making sure I was comfy before they proceeded. At my hygiene appointment Rebecca and Gemma the dental nurse were meticulous, calm, professional and friendly, letting me have an anxious moment and making me as comfy as possible. It wasn't painful at all and the non contact jet and air wash was amazing, it cleans the surface deeply and you can see the difference immediately after. Rebecca has taken more time to explain the best products to use and how you can improve your hygiene cheaply and efficiently on your own, including the proper way to brush and floss (most adults, including myself, suck at this in all honesty). I've never had so much time and care taken and would (and have) recommended the practice and hygiene appointments to many people since my own results. No more bleeding gums, equipped with better knowledge and I feel very looked after - and I would urge anxious patients to go here as the team are experienced and compassionate with anxiety and will calm you down with ease!

I had two dental implants done at Tiwari Watson Dental Care. The implants surgery was carried out to a very professional level. Joe and his team were excellent at making myself feel comfortable. I had both of the implants done at the same time, so was in surgery for almost 3 hours. They gave me these glasses which I could watch a film on and earphones, so I was not listening or seeing the team carry out to the procedure. This is excellent for patients who are nervous about dental procedures. Once the procedure was done, they gave me a fantastic aftercare bag which had everything I needed to take care of teeth and gums. The surgery/place itself is very clean and I felt that the room I had my treatment in was safe and hygienic. I would highly recommend getting dental implants at this surgery.

I was having severe toothache last Wednesday night. It got to a point where the pain was so had that I phoned NHS 24. They took my details and informed me that all they could do would be to recommend that I contact my dentist in the morning and ask for an urgent outcome. I used the WhatsApp set up by the practice (a method of communication I hope is kept on when everything returns to normal) and Joe said to me to call the practice number. The number went through to the dentist Kamal who was working from home. He listened to my problem and referred me to get an x-ray at an emergency dental clinic to ascertain where the pain was coming from. He was very professional and put me at ease about my pain knowing there was something I could do about it. A few hours later I received a call from a member of staff at the emergency dental clinic in Springburn Health Centre. They asked me to pop in for an x-ray and found the problem was a hole in my wisdom tooth. The best advice they said was to remove the tooth. Less than 15 minutes later the tooth was out and I was on my way back to work for the rest of the day. Thank you Kamal for referring me so quickly and getting me seen the same day. I always have a pleasant and positive experience when dealing with all staff at the practice.

As someone that has had problems with dentists as an adult because of very bad experiences as a child, I can recommend Tiwari Watson dentists to anyone that is as terrified of dentist as I am. Kamal made me feel as much at ease as I could be, everything was explained and taken as slowly as I was comfortable with. An old filling had come out so it needed to be replaced. I needed a small filling in same tooth. This was all done with no pain, even the local anaesthetic was OK. It was the least stressful, least painful filling I've ever had and the local anaesthetic was the least invasive and most localised that I've ever had. I will definitely be going back for my 6 month check up which is a major break through for me!

Dr Chan is very experienced and humours - giving a good distraction during the implant operation. Now it has been a year since it's installed. Very sturdy, no issues. Very happy with his service. I arrived yesterday without a booked appointment just after 4pm with a pretty bad abscess and facial swelling. The reception staff alerted Laura and I was taken in to see her straight away. Within minutes she had examined me and given me the options - the best one being the extraction of the tooth as the infection was pretty bad. After the tooth was removed I was given a prescription for an antibiotic and a follow up apt for the next day. This was excellent service from everyone at Tiwari Watson.

The location on the main A803 road is a bit unusual - being away from Bishopbriggs and Springburn town centre - but is quite accessible and easy to get to either by car or a reasonable walk. We've found the whole team friendly and likable and organised. Appointments have been punctual. As a layperson I'm not qualified to comment on the actual dentistry other than to say we think we are well looked after - it has always been calm and comfortable - and the practice has added technology to help explain the treatment and any options.
