Fantastic practice. Always helpful, kind, friendly as well as expert and professional. I have real problems with my teeth and have done for years, I am always a bit scared and worried when something goes wrong with them. They have really got my teeth and mouth health back to a better level of health, clearly explaining what they have done and why. It is great to be with a practice that I can trust, which is professional and also very kind and friendly.

The appointments for the hygienist and the dentist were arranged together which was useful for me as I travel a distance to get there. The visit was relaxed, friendly and reassuring in that there is nothing needing further work at the moment. The staff couldn't be kinder, they are just fantastic. I turned up for my hygienist appointment today with the unexpected addition of my two year old daughter and my mother, and asked if they minded if my toddler watched my appointment (while Nanny "managed" her!). Everyone was very kind, chatted to her, showed her the instruments, she had a go sitting on my lap on the chair, had a little cup of water, and then they spent a considerable amount of time looking for a sticker for her! Great first introduction to the dentist for her - and the process of actually having my teeth cleaned was as comfortable and professional as ever too - thank you Pont Steffan!

I had my teeth cleaned today with David Fearley without anaesthetic and it didnt hurt at all! (Unusual for me with previous dentists.) Answered any questions, so refreshing to feel valued as a patient, all the staff are really caring, and friendly putting you at ease - I'd definately recommend them

If, like me, you're a big baby when it comes to visiting the dentist and only go when you can't stand the pain any longer then please give these guys a go. I needed a tooth out, amongst other things, and it took me years to 'man up' and make an appointment. I read reviews from other nervous patients, decided it was worth a try and from all the lovely receptionists to Dr Ali and the assistants I was allowed to behave in a very unreasonable manner, kicking, singing and waving my cuddly toy around letting out my nervous energy I'm now well on my way to confidently grinning like a Cheshire cat again. All totally pain free. Can't recommend them enough. I'm even going back!

Have always had amazing service here from the moment you get through the door. I was initially really nervous about going to the dentist after a bad experience at the previous practice I used to go to. Saw Eleri and Tracey first and both are amazing and absolutely helped me get over the fear of going. Recently had to have a tricky extraction and saw Eilish and Alex. They were brilliant too and did a great job of explaining everything as they went which was really reassuring. Eilish was incredibly gentle with the injections and very skilled at removing what was clearly a tricky tooth. I'm incredibly grateful and can't thank all at Pont Steffan enough.
