Until I found Hedon Dental Practice I had spent over 50 years being anxious about going to the dentist. I now attend appointments confidently, knowing that I am in the very best, caring hands. Everyone at the practice is professional and so kind and friendly.

went to get a tooth out I was very very nervous, i was assured id be looked after and I was, it took no more than 10 minutes for the whole treatment I've also previously had a root canal done. one of the first times I've ever been to the dentist and haven't hurt during or after the treatment very very kind treatment and I'm lucky to be a patient there I will defiantly be keeping up with my 6monthly check up there. something I've never been comfortable to do anywhere else.

I have been with the Hedon Dental Practice for many years. Always friendly staff, dealt with in professional, caring manner. Disappointed that once again my dentist (only seen the last twice) is leaving thus will have another dentist, however each dentist always seems to be approachable, caring and professional.

I had my usual check up at the Hedon Dental Practice yesterday lunchtime which was painless, staff very friendly as usual and they always put me at ease. Also they managed to fit me in to see the Hygenist later that day, again the hygienist and assistant so patient, friendly and professional. I would always recommend my practice.

At c. £24 for a check up which lasted all of 2 minutes and consisted of a very brief check of my gnashers and no questions asked, I must drop a star for this practice. My last visit (April 2022) felt all too much like a mass production line of in, out, "next lot of money" please.....Staff and dentist are all pleasant enough and I've used this place most of my life and that's not about to change. I kindly ask just for a little bit more interest in my dental health when I come for a "check up". Patients sit in a chair, not on a conveyor belt!. Generally though, I've had extractions, fillings and dentures fitted in the past and always a great service when it matters most so don't want to be too negative.

The dental nurses are efficient and pay attention to hygiene all the time. The dentists are gentle and kind always setting you at ease. I would recommend the practice at Hedon to anyone. After breaking a tooth earlier this month I was quickly offered an emergency appointment for a consultation. At the appointment I was advised that the tooth was beyond repair, which I fully expected, and duly had it removed. The whole experience was utterly professional, completely pain free and everything was explained fully to me before hand. Extremely polite and friendly dentist, nurse and reception team. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I have been a patient at The Hedon Dental Practice ever since they have been in Hedon. Over the years I have had an implant, X-rays, root canal procedures, crowns made and fitted, fillings and a couple of extractions. I find them to be a highly-skilled team running an efficient, organised and reliable service. The service from the receptionist and Manager is always friendly and professional. Claire, my Dentist always goes the Extra Mile making sure I understand what she is doing and why. I can recommend that she will do a good job with warmth and encouragement.

Mohsin explained all my treatment thoroughly in plain English not dental jargon and the care I received was exemplary. My teeth feel so much better and I can eat without worrying again.

I have had horrible and very painful dental experiences In the past. Due to these I didn't go to the dentist for over 10 years, nearly to say eventually the time came to have to find a dentist. In all honesty this dental practice is amazing I have had an extraction and a deep filling and both have been enjoyable experiences ( sounds strange but its true) the staff are amazing from start to finish. I cant recommend them highly enough. If your scared of dentists then see these guys my fear is gone and so has my tooth ache.

I have been a patient of the Hedon Practice for 11 years. In the past I hated going to the dentist until I found this practice. The staff are always welcoming, kind and friendly and always willing to give me the help I need because of my disability. In all my visits the waiting room has always been very clean and tidy. Plenty of informative leaflets and importantly varied and upto date magazines. There is a play-activity toy, I noticed the staff cleaning it with antiseptic wipes after each child has used it. The actual surgery where all the dental business takes place is always very clean and hygenic, the staff welcoming and reassuring and I never feel worried or nervous. They always check your notes for up to date medications, illness , hospital visits etc I always feel reasurred that any treatment the Dentists recommends is absolutely necessary, not unnecessary treatment to boost their fees, as some dentists have been known to do. You may have noticed I'm a bit of a hygene cleanliness freak, but I have always been perfectly satisfied on that account at the Hedon Surgery.. I have no hesitation in recommeding the Hedon Dental Surgery to everyone.

check up is rushed and does not appear to be thorough, I mentioned the filling that was placed the last time was sharp and cut my tongue. I was then told it was supposed to be a temporary filling. No offer of rectifying the problem. I used to have a lovely Romanian dentist, not sure why I have been changed to the new one for the last few appointments.
