All my life i have been nervous of the dentist, to the point of dreading it. But around a year ago I needed to get done work done so I decided to choose this one because it was quite local. I must say I am glad i did, the staff are great, the dentists have had there have been very knowledgeable, patient and understanding. I have never once felt like they were rushing my treatment which was always a concern at other places. Would highly recommend.

I had treatmeny at Wansbeck yesterday, for removal of a broken tooth and positioning of an implant base. I also had a damaged crown repaired. The treatment, support and care was amazing, during what turned out to be a difficult extraction. After care support was excellent and I am already making a good recovery. The procedure was not something I was looking forward to, but the whole process could not have been better.

Dentist appointment for a filling that fell out on my front teeth, The Wansbeck Dental Spa fitted me in on the same day as an emergency appointment and the quality of service was outstanding. Recently visited Wansbeck Dental Spa for a procedure that was quick efficient and pain free. The staff were both friendly and helpful. Although this was my first visit the atmosphere appeared calm and relaxed.which made the experience enjoyable. Just visited Wansbeck again for the fitting of a dental implant which although sounds scary was quick and pain free.

I recently finished my invisalign treatment, I started with the previous owner/dentist and if you had asked about my experience then it wouldn't have been positive but since Dr Kabra took over my treatment I highly recommended them. Dr Kabra is really friendly and patient, I never feel rushed when I have questions and his work is fantastic. I'm so pleased with my results. The overall staff change has also made a positive impact on the surgery, very efficient and friendly.

Using Wansbeck was my first experience of using a private dentist and I honestly could not believe the difference between that and an NHS practice, the latter you're rushed in and out. With Wansbeck, all of the guys who work there go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable, it's a really enjoyable experience everytime I visit.

I have used Wansbeck dental spa for many years and had a variety of treatments there. The building feels warm and homely, and the waiting room is inviting and comfortable unlike other dental clinics. The staff are very polite, well spoken and welcoming, always offering a drink upon entry. Dr Varaich and her team are very professional and work to a very high standard. Treatments are always fully explained and discussed at length to ensure the best outcome. The team really do go above and beyond and work extra hours if needed to make sure you are happy with your smile. I have been a tricky client and they always treat me with kindness. I am so happy with my teeth. I won’t go anywhere else. Thanks everyone!

The ladies at Wansbeck are lovely. Always happy to help and answer any questions. Always greeted with a smile and kept fully informed of what is happening and what the next steps are etc. I’m 38 and have always wanted my teeth straightening but started to think it wasn’t going to happen. Following a recommendation from a friend and checking out a few dentists, I contacted Wansbeck and I’m so pleased I did. From the first visit I knew they were going to help me get my smile back and I felt really comfortable with them. 3 weeks after getting my braces fitted I’m already seeing a massive difference. I started my teeth journey with Wansbeck last December, when it was agreed the best course of action was to have dentures. I have MS and from my first appointment all of the ladies have been amazing, the journey has been hard on me as for some reason when work is carried out on my left side it makes me dizzy, but I really can't thank Ravinder and Michelle enough for their support and how well they have looked after me, I really wouldn't want to be on this journey with anyone else.

A year after my initial visit to Wansbeck to yesterday's appt , what can I say? After not having being to a dentist for over 20 years I was in desperate need of help. From my first appt to my most recent appt I have been made to feel so welcome by all of the staff. Friendly , kind ,professional and obviously proud of the work and the treatments that they provide. I'm not the easiest of patients ( needle phobia & very nervous ) but everything was explained to me fully before, during and after every treatment which has certainly helped to build my confidence and I'm glad to say that haven't experienced any pain! Weeks of pain because my usual NHS dentist couldn't fit me in for root treatment, followed by weeks of pain after an emergency tooth removal led on to an infected gum. Sorted in one visit to Wansbeck. Excellent treatment, friendly service, pain ended immediately after insertion of cleansing plug. Gum healed nicely. Couldn't ask for better service.
