We had a good experience here. I was apprehensive taking my family to the dentist for the first time and I needn’t be as the staff were polite and helpful. We were late in to be seen but once we were in the dentist and assistant were really helpful with my three children (baby included) while each of us were being seen. I felt well looked after and will feel at ease coming back!

My own dentist had attempted to remove a tooth but it broke and they could not get the root out. They had to refer me to together dental and I have nothing but praise for the treatment I received. The dentist relaxed me from the outset, explained to me when asked what would happen and was caring throughout the process. The root was removed quickly. I cannot thank her enough.

Today was my best ever exsperiance at a dentist , I hate the dentist as a rule ,I've been here for a few years now and it's always been ok, but today was brilliant the new lady dentist was amazing! Well run dentistry that does (or did) NHS treatment. This time a deep clean by 'my' excellent dentist Anna - no pain numbing needed. Waiting time was a bit of an issue (30mins over appointment time). Not a problem, but I had to top up my parking by another £1. No one likes a visit to the dentist but Together Dentist are a good choice. £1/hr for parking about 100m away at Smart St car park - never full. Keep up the good work Anna and of course the whole team!

My teeth are absolute rubbish, so her work is gratefully appreciated. Since Together Dental have taken over, I must say the service has gotten lots better in terms of the admin and reception side of things and the lady on the desk today was very helpful. Together Dental is based in Ipswich town centre in a pleasant part of the Historic town. It has a very close car parking facility in Smart st 50yrds from Together Dental which is extremely convenient. Reception is warm and friendly. Reminders are sent by text before appointments. Alvash Angipour is a very proffessional and competent dentist who made me a denture plate which was an exact match to my original teeth,that has changed my life and allowed me to smile freely again . Would recomment this dentist to everybody,they are freindly and proffessional. I could not be more pleased with the results, they are life changing, best in town !

Apart from obvious delay due to COVID 19, I cannot fault the way I was treated. (wisdom tooth extraction). It’s now 24hrs. since the treatment and I’m in virtually no pain and eating and drinking more or less as normal. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because of the slight confusion with the reception regards to the necessary forms to be completed. I knew I hadn’t signed the consent form but the receptionist insisted I had. Not a major problem though.

I would gladly go back to this dentist the lady dentist and her nurse were amazing am not frighten of the dentist but have quite a few health conditions and have very very bad gag reflexes so its difficult to do treatment in my mouth ,it takes alot of patients to work on me and the team I had, was amazing I cant thank them enough ,I saw a few ppl who was scared but they came out smiling so that's always a good sign for others to see ,but maybe just put a water drinking fountain thing in as people who are scared tend to get dry mouths as I notice and they wanted water but that's just my option but as for the who team who dealt with me was amazing

Dropped a star purely because since using the Tooth Place Dental Practice I no longer have two gold teeth? If I was to walk into a hairdressers a blonde say' and walked out a brunnette I wouldn't be none to happy. Well over the last couple of years I've lost two of my beloved yellow metal teeth, one I had for 30 years the other over 20, they wear so much better than enamel. When I questioned about this the young lady went right on the defensive about the cost to the Surgery, not about if I would cover the cost or not. She really was quite assertive and during this stage I felt quite intimidated and worried. In hindsight I should have gone for a second opinion. Generally I have no other issues with this dentist, the young ladies on reception even got me in early as I had discomfort, well done to them. As for the lady that dealt with my gold teeth, maybe a course of anger management. The new dentist was very accommodating' well done Dr Alex. Worth a mention.
