R. M.This is a great place to go! Yes I know it’s a Dental Surgery but the staff are welcoming and put you at ease, I haven’t been to the dentist for around 18 years! Through fear, but decided to go and get sorted, I saw penny first who put me at ease and talked me through everything, then I saw Laura & Angela for the hygienist and they gave me all the advice needed, to make me comfortable as I could be. Really friendly team thank you so much, Would highly recommend.
C. L.My visit to the Dentist today..I was met by the lovely receptionist Lynn,She was very welcoming.May I add these ladies are so kind and helpful,they bend over backwards to get you an appointment to suit you As soon as you need one.
The Hygienist was also lovely..told me what she was doing as she went along. The Dentist was also brilliant..I had a small chip off my tooth,and he repaired that today. I didn't have to make another appointment.

I love the new location… the stairs in the old place were a killer! Everyone is very kind and caring and are really good at calming my nerves. Having not been to the dentist in over 30 years due to dental phobia, their reassured approach some helped me overcome my fears.
Each time I have visited them they have thorough and presented me with all options available and clearly explained the processes and benefits.
From the moment you walk through the door until you complete your visit, a thoroughly professional and courteous experience every time.
t.The staff on the reception desk are so friendly and welcoming and will try to fit your appointment around your needs if possible, prompt service on appointments, and the dentists/hygienists explain any procedures to you beforehand and really try to put you at ease if needed. The ability as well to be able to book appointments on an evening, upto 7.30pm on Mondays is fantastic for people who work full time would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of a new dentist.

H.Further to the review below, the manager has spoken to me and confirmed that steps have been taken to ensure the experience will not be repeated and he encouraged me to go back for free treatment with a different hygienist if I want to do so. Also just after my treatment the receptionist asked how it had gone and when I told her about the hygienist she said they would ensure I was allocated to another one. I got the impression this hygienist was on trial and would not be staying . . . Original post: The hygienist was new to me but she did not introduce herself. She left me with a mouthful of matter after the scaling and polishing. She had Asian music playing in the background which I found disagreeable. Fortunately the dentist was more polite and professional
