Ю. К.Been registered a while (NHS) , well before they moved . Any issues like removing my records were resolved over phone there and then, nice and polite , same with my daughter's registration.
Yes you have to wait for a check up for months , but I didn't have any issues getting an appointment when a filling fell out and needed doing ( 4 week wait but I was not in pain so was ok to wait). Happy with the quality of work and communication.
Had a check up done beginning of May and a subsequent appointment to replace two fillings last Friday, overall happy with my experience, and getting partner to register with them , unfortunately, a private patient as they stopped accepting NHS ones a while ago.
No idea why people moan about them not answering phones, be patient.
Location not ideal ? Better then where they used to be , at least parking is no longer an issue and the building is purpose built, new and accessible.
S. S.My dentist ammarr is so nice he made me feel at ease the talks you through options and he will do everything he can to help with what ever the problem is mine is a complex problem but he has given me option he really nice and given me hope 🤗
