Have been a patient at this practice for a good number of years. Always friendly, really professional and very clear with their advice and recommendations. Kate is a lovely dentist - would highly recommend her and the practice to anyone looking for dental treatment and regular checks.

This is a great Dentist. My friend recommended me when I told her I was interested in getting a brace. I went for a consultation and it was all very straightforward and easy. Within 3 weeks I had my brace. Any issues I had with my brace was dealt with even without a appointment. This is a lovely friendly dentist so would definitely recommend.

I have recently signed up as a new patient on the plan. I had my new patient appointment, which was thorough and gave me a full MOT. The staff are all really friendly and helpful and I found the clinical staff to be really good at explaining everything to me, both as part of the new patient appointment and my follow up. The surgery itself is a really nice place to be. It's modern and the seating is comfortable. Overall, very happy!

After years of intending to get my teeth straightened I took the plunge, signed up with One Two Three dental. They took me through all the options and I went with the Fast Brace system top and bottom. 8 months later I couldn’t be happier with the results. Teeth are now perfectly straight and I have retainers to keep them that way. One Two Three do a single price and that includes all the brace, regular checks and changes and the retainers. I felt consulted and agreed all treatment i(there are always options) in advance. Very happy with the process and the end result

It's not always the nicest procedure having dental work carried out but Numair, Kate and Rebecca have all been very professional and instilled me with confidence in their treatment. Apart from this practice being an amazing dental practice the staff from the receptionists ,the hygienist Maria and her dental nurse, the dentist Karan Rishi and his dental nurse are the kindest and most understanding team I have come across in one practice . I wear a hearing aid which has just died on me and therefore was unable to hear anything at all. Their patience was just amazing the dental nurse even thought to write things out that was been said to me. Newly renovated practice. Was made to feel very welcome. All the procedures were very thorough so felt very safe. Dentist was excellent and put me at ease. Have been since and feel there is a lot more emphasis on teeth “looking nice” ie cosmetic treatments than what I have been accustomed to in other dental surgeries where the focus has been on maintaining what you have and preventative treatment. Still very clean, safe etc

Kate Laidler has been my dentist for many years now. If any treatment is required she always provides me with detailed advice about the available options. However, Kate does put a lot of emphasis on the importance of good oral hygiene to avoid tooth cavities and gum disease. She introduced me to flossing and the use of an electric toothbrush. I believe my oral health is much improved due to her advice. Kate is highly competent and puts me at ease during my visits for both dental check-ups and treatments.

Recently moved to this dentist when let down by my previous one. Firstly, I know that they will have been busy here but they instantly made me feel that I mattered and helped even though I want a long standing patient. I have a lot of respect for that level of customer service. Like a lot of people, I am terrified of dentists. But this place doesn't feel like a dentist. It's relaxing. It feels like you're walking into a hotel! Reception staff are great. They've phoned me up when they missed a call from me, phoned me the day after treatment to check how I am, and are constantly cheerful and helpful. Kiran, the dentist, is very open and straightforward. Matter of fact, gives clear information and advice. Instantly puts you at ease. Again, feel like you matter. Nothing is too much trouble. I was never rushed. Always lots of time to discuss things and to take things at your pace. The dental nurses always helpful and, again, help to put you at ease. The hygienist was also great. I can't believe I find myself rating a dentist given my anxieties over a dentist, but I can't tell you enough how different this place is to feeling like you're going to the dentist. And I'm grateful for all they have all done for me so far. If you're looking for a dentist, honestly move here.

WOW - Teeth whitening with Catherine! Absolutely fantastic, can't recommend it highly enough. For as long as I can remember I have hated the colour of my teeth. After a consultation with Catherine & an impression taken of my teeth, I was provided with my kit. He made me feel at ease and when I decided to have some cosmetic work done which included over three hours in the dentist chair, I was very wary and scared. Absolutely brilliant dentists...I had left any dental work/issues/requirements 10years ago and so my teeth and gums were in a right old state. After consultation with the brilliant Mr Rishi, I had a massively huge (well to me!) tooth extraction session and oodles of fillings done in one day (2 hour appt) I was scared (51 year old bloke) and very, very nervous. Everything he said to calm me down about the whole session was true, and so I am at home, very comfy, typing this just a few hours later...I firmly believe that this was possibly one of the best coices I have ever made!!!!!
