Amazing experience…I started my journey nearly 2 years ago with James and have finally finished my treatment. James is so professional and informative, from my initial consultation, sure smile aligners for 60+ weeks, a little composite bonding, replacing old silver filing’s and boutique whitening. My teeth now look amazing! and I have the smile to be proud of. I cannot thank you all enough, you have an amazing friendly and helpful team and I can honestly say I’ve enjoyed the whole process. The Dentist is well designed with patient comfort and safety in mind. The entire team are genuinely friendly, caring and professional. Since last summer I have had extensive dental work done by Michael. All my dental problems have now been rectified, including one that I wasn't aware could be rectified as every other dentist over 36 years had ignored it. I am now totally pain-free and have brilliant teeth; a result that far exceeded my expectations. I can smile again! Michael and the entire team treated me with care, respect and consideration throughout my treatment, going above and beyond to ensure my wellbeing. Michael's skill and consideration are so outstanding that even temporary crowns looked perfect. He gave me the confidence to start smiling again long before the treatment was complete. I simply cannot recommend The Dentist highly enough. Every aspect of the practice is exemplary.

Fantastic dental practice. I was greeted by Rachel & Anna on reception, who were very polite, helpful & professional and put me at ease immediately. Then I had my dental appointment with Mr Goldstone, who was excellent. He explained everything thoroughly. The surgery is spotlessly clean with a relaxed atmosphere, which is exactly what patients need. I would highly recommend this practice. 10/10. Thank you.

We felt welcome to the minute we walked through the door, the girls on the reception were very polite, respectful and very helpful. Being a very nervous patient ( isn't everyone?), plus not having been to a dentist for many years, I wanted to find a dentist that I could talk to and trust. 'The Dentist' was recommended to me by my partner who had some work done last year and had nothing but praise for everyone who works there. They've all been excellent so far, putting my mind at ease, giving me options without being pushy, putting together an easy but detailed plan of what needed doing and having plenty of options for the time span. All this has made me determined to get my teeth sorted once and for all, most importantly I'm not worried or concerned about it. Excellent services!!!! booking process is very efficient, receptionist did attain our requests promptly and exceed our expectations in many area. Clinics are clean and easy to reach. Dentists are very professional and gentle. Not pushy in providing diff advices for our considerations. Really enjoy the whole experience! Highly recommended

I had the SureSmile aligners, teeth whitening and composite bonding with Yahya Patel and I can not recommend him enough. Yahya is such an amazing dentist! Very highly skilled and really goes above and beyond to achieve a happy customer outcome. I am blown away by my new smile and I am so happy!! Sounds a tad bit cliche but this dentist is by far the best dentist I've been to! The ladies at the reception were super polite and friendly. The most amazing, comfortable and professional experience of getting braces for a teenager. From start to finish the service was impeccable and we were easily able to get appointments outside of school. James was wonderful and friendly throughout which made the whole process so much easier. I’ve recently finished my treatment with The Dentist and I could not recommend them enough. My consultation and treatment was carried out by Yahya Patel who explained my options and each step of the process thoroughly. I had Sure Smile aligners followed by whitening and composite bonding. My expectations of what I thought my teeth could ever look like has been exceeded by far! The service from start to finish, from the reception staff to my dentist, has been fantastic. If you’re considering any cosmetic work at all, I highly recommend Yahya as I couldn’t be happier with my final result!!

Michael has made me chrome cabolt partials, upper and lower, and I never thought I would one day, find a dentist who would make me happy with partial dentures. Even the impressions were like no other. I have had nightmare experiences elsewhere, over many years with my teeth impacting on my life and getting no where, which ever dentist I went to.but Michael is very understanding and I can't rate him highly enough. Very professional, and I know he once worked with a specialist who also was top class. Staff and reception team excellent.

My experience with Mike Goldstone for implants to replace a dental plate had been outstanding. I now have gorgeous new front teeth that I love. The whole process has been pain and stress free. I had a loose crown and a missing crown from my front upper teeth during the pandemic (thank god for masks 😉) and didn't have a dentist - I had James recommended to me, and though I wasn't a current patient, he agreed to a video consultancy and put me at ease immediately, then arranged an actual appointment to see what my options were. He gave me 3 options to consider, and once I had decided which option was best for me, I went in to see him and he carried out a temporary fix to give me my smile back, whilst preparing the actual treatment. When other dentists were telling me they weren't accepting new patients during the pandemic, James had my smile restored in less than 3 weeks ( over Xmas as well), and I can't recommend him highly enough! In general the practice is very clean and set up for safely looking after patients during Covid including digital temperature checks, social distancing in the waiting rooms and hand sanitisers everywhere. The reception staff are all very friendly and aware of how to keep you safe. I can't say I'm looking forward to the treatment, but I know it has to happen and I'm going to the best place for it!

I’ve had quite a bit of treatment with Aman at The Dentist over a 6 month period. I was extremely nervous to start with but Aman put me at ease by reassuring me, explaining what would happen, giving me a break if needed. She didn’t rush any of my treatment, ensuring that everything was done to last and as best as it could be. I highly recommend Aman - she is so kind and reassuring, efficient and supportive. I no longer have “smoking guns” which woke me in a sweat at night, if I have any further problems I wouldn’t leave them as I have done in the past. Thanks so much to Aman and the team for their expert care and kindness!

I cannot praise James and his team enough - they have worked miracles with my new bridge - others said I couldn’t have a bridge - but James managed it - Even when my temporary bridge fell out at 7pm on a Saturday evening, I called James and he met me at the surgery 15 minutes later and sorted it out - that really was unbelievable service. Highly recommend anyone to the surgery- they are far more than the regular dentist - 5 stars!

Can't fault The Dentist and all their team. I have MS and as a result my mobility isn't great, and can have issues with dexterity, among other things! James immediately put me at ease, picking a solution that worked for me. As I have regular MRI scans, I can't have metal, and with my dexterity issues, he felt Invisalign would be best. We had a few attempts at putting them in and removing them, to make sure I was ok. The elastic band was the tricky part, the tool to help was too fiddley, but I found my own technique.The comparison of what my teeth looked like before, and now is unbelievable! Gone are the days of hiding my smile!! The team ensure I have parking for my visits, nothing is too much trouble and with the onset of the pandemic, accommodated my requests to be the first appointment of the day. I have generally avoided public places, but I feel safe here. Would happily recommend them, and my teeth look great!

Have always been very nervous about having dental treatment and have usually had sedation for extractions. Due to uncooperative veins this couldnt happen but Mike Goldstone promised me he would make sure i wouldn't feel anything. Within a couple of minutes Mike tapped me on my shoulder to tell me it was all over. He was true to his word and, although i cant guarantee I will not ask for sedation in the future, I know that I will be in safe hands at The Dentist. Thank you .

Had sedation done here and 100% worth the money if you're a nervous patient, didn't feel anything or remember anything. Sent from my iPhone On 9 Dec 2020, at 23:02,  Complete & utter professionals with thee most fantastic attention to detail. My treatment today was simply quite amazing. There was though, nothing simple about it. The work the team put in was quite something to be part of. I had previous extensive dental work at a different practice 7 years ago with all my top teeth replaced with crowns that have now, quite simply, come to the end of their shelf life & after tripping over & falling flat on my face at the start of lockdown, I had smashed 1 crown & chipped 2 other crowns & dislodged a further crown that needed replacing..not a pretty site ..there was so much wrong I almost thought no one could sort them out ....but this did not phase James & Aman at all. They collaborated together when things were not quite as straightforward as hoped & after 4 hours I left the practice with a new amazing smile. The work today included 2 newly made, fitted crowns..how fantastic that they can make new crowns on site right there & then...levelled off 2 of the other chipped crowns & even managed to refit a further original crown that dropped out whilst I was at the appointment !! I now also have a plan of all future work required. Thank you so much to all of you..you were brilliant.
