The dental compliance team are so helpful & supportive. I have been working with Paula over the last few months & she has been amazing. We started subscribing to Dental Compliance 2 years ago amid the realization that we were losing track of what was required by CQC, and Dental Compliance have totally got us back on the rails . This company and their product is amazingly helpful and thorough. At the outset, you are provided with a complete list of all the regular checks and reviews that have to be carried out on a regular basis (weekly, monthly 6 monthly annual etc), and you are asked to provide the days/dates when you wish to carry them out. Subsequently, you will receive an email when each check is due which is a great help in keeping up to date - we all know how easy it is to slip behind into a morass of overdue paperwork . You will be provided with a complete set of templates to enable you to produce exceedingly well written practice policies on every conceivable subject, ranging from infection control to use of mobile phones by staff - and everything in between. You will receive regular email updates as soon as there is a change in any GDS regulations, often before you hear from official sources, you can fulfil all your CPD requirements within the program, MHRA notifications are downloaded directly into a folder, and much much more. We in fact just passed the CQC inspection, (for which we attribute much of the credit to Dental Compliance), and the inspector had much praise for the Policy Folder, which of course was entirely down to the company. You can choose whether to store your data as paper versions or online, and if any problems, you will get prompt email or phone advice. There is nothing missing, and in my opinion. never were 5 stars more well deserved!

I am new to using compliance made easier, I couldn't recommend it enough. I wish I knew about this years ago as it would have saved me a lot of time! The resources are so helpful. The layout of the programme is very easy to follow and organised. You can upload documents into separate folders so everything is in one place. I also find the programme very helpful for storing staff personnel information. For everything you can do - the cost is very reasonable and I can honestly say that it is worth every penny.
