This is an absolutely brilliant dentists, all the staff are very friendly and caring. I had a very badly broken tooth, with a long strong hooked root extracted on Monday 16 May. The dentist Pretha gave me a running commentary throughout which I found very helpful. She managed to get this difficult tooth out without it breaking. I fully recommend this dental practice.

Very impressed on my 1st visit. Seemed to be a lot of work for the charges paid. No pain fillings. Great dental technician who explains every procedure. Difficult to communicate wearing all the Covid PPE but I think I got the description of it all. Helpful receptionists and assistants. Many thanks.

I have been going to JDRM (WestCotes) branch since February and every time they prove themselves to be professional and friendly. I always have an amazing experience from start to finish, the Dr who takes care of me is Ashwyn Roy and His assistant Jacki, and They are very professional and explain what are they about to do beforehand and always check on me throughout the treatment. I recommend it JDRM dental care (Westcotes) very much.

Just had a tooth out. I suffer massively with anxiety, i was made to feel completely at ease, the guy that did it listened to me and made me feel relaxed. ( Well as relaxed as I could be ) This was through an emergency appointment. I would of given a 5 but trying to get an appointment was an absolute nightmare.

Rang up to get an emergency appointment after I developed an abscess from a root canal treatment at my dentists. Am anxious about the dentist anyway so the fact that a dentist seemed to cause me a lot of my meant I was extremely nervous about going in. The dentist I saw (didn't get her name) was fab,put me at ease and explained what she saw and what it meant. Reassured me that they were open 7 days a week if I needed to come back after the weekend. I'll now be switching to this dentist from my below par one. Thank you for restoring my faith

I first Went to this Dentist with severe tooth pain as an NHS patient, I was told I would need 14+ fillings and two teeth pulled I've since had all the work done and I can honestly say for years I've had a phobia of the dentist but the very friendly and helpful staff really put me at ease the interior looks incredible and new. Since my experience here I'm no longer scared of going to the Dentist thanks to the really lovely staff, I would highly recommend this dentist.

Joined this dentists today and can honestly say it's the best service I've received in a dentist so far, the receptionists were lovely (normally find them to be stuck up in other practices) they were far from that but so helpful and down to earth then the dentist and his assistant who were both again lovely and really down to earth, I saw Ashwyn Roy who was fabulous and really put me at ease, answered all of my questions without me feeling like I was annoying him. I found out it was actually his first day with jdmr and what an asset he is. Keep up the good work, will definitely recommend and feeling confident about taking my children here knowing they will be in safe hands and put at total ease.
