I have attended Oadby Dental Clinic a couple of times now. And I have to say it is great because they have a simple way to check in by tablet. You can also pay via contactless card or Apple Pay. You can get to it by public transport with ease and has easy parking on the front. You get texts and emails reminding you about your appointment. Well, what can I say, it’s a great dentist to be a part of. Always greeted with a warm welcome by either Lilly, Katie or Kanako. Simple to check-in on the tablet, offer contactless card, Apple Pay etc payments. Making a new appointment is easy and you always get a text/email reminders. It has got easy parking and public transport links to get to. Dr Christelle Kee has been great on each visit. She explains and advises what needs to be done on each appointment. Dr Bert Kee should be really proud of what a great team and dentist he has. I have been a patient for a few years now and I can highly recommend this dentist to family and friends.

I'm not sure if it's standard in today's practice, but this dental clinic hasn't provided a cursory 'scale and polish' in years (and I mean pre-pandemic). They seem more interested in getting you to pay for this on a separate appointment - at the princely sum of £40.

Oadby dental practice is outstanding for customer care and procedures. Always very professional and understanding. I attended the practice during the reopening after the Covid closure and the whole practice team have worked very hard to ensure the safety of themselves and visitors, very clean and welcoming as always. Mr Kee referred me for emergency removal of very infected impacted Wisdom tooth during lockdown, the reception staff have been very understanding with my queries and advice for managing before the extraction. I first came across Dr Denny at another clinic where I required some urgent attention to my teeth which was causing me a lot of pain and discomfort. Unlike the other dentists which I had been with in the past, Michael took the time to explain to me what was causing the issues I was having and educated me about the way the decay had built up overtime. This was different to the standard procedure of your dentist telling you the issues that need fixing and what needs to be done; which reassured me that I was in safe hands with someone attentive and willing to take time to educate his patients for their long term benefit. Dr Denny had to see me on a number of occasion due to the treatment plan I had to have and always had a friendly reassuring approach of what was being done and what work was left to be done. He’s since my first visit, fitted a bridge without any pain or discomfort as well as advised on the toothcare I should start using to help me. The positivity and humour always helps when a dentist visit can be daunting for people and he does exactly that making me feel at ease and calming the nerves as most do when it comes to these types of visits! His professionalism is outstanding & work is the fault free. Once finding out he had moved practice, even being out my way, I had decided to go to Oadby Dental Clinic for my checkups. The practice staff welcoming, friendly and accommodating. By far, the best service I’ve received and my persona of a dental practice has completely changed! The service and level of dental care I have received from Dr Michael Denny has been exceptional. I had seen a previous dentist who had given a wrong diagnosis and I ended up in severe pain, which Dr Denny went the extra mile to resolve. Not only did he give me the treatment I needed (which I have had in the past and suffered severely afterwards but since Dr Denny has done it, I have not suffered at all and feel completely assured the issue has been resolved), he also took the time to explain everything to me, something I have never experienced with any dentist before! Mr Kee has been our family dentist for over 17 years. He was brilliant with the children when they were growing up and they all have lovely teeth as adults. In a recent crisis when my 18 year old son broke his front tooth and another I have nothing but praise and gratitude for the way the clinic dealt with the situation. We were able to get an initial appointment with Mr Kee within 48 hours and after another 48 hours the work was complete. At the first appointment we were very reassured to see a before and after photo and were amazed that we couldn’t tell which tooth had been mended. The second appointment was for 90 minutes and Mr Kee gave up some of his own time to get the job done as soon as possible. My son was so relaxed he even slept for part of the procedure. We thought the tooth might be capped but it was done with a white filling. The final result was amazing . Mr Kee did a fantastic job of mending the two teeth and it is impossible to tell which teeth were the broken ones. We had a fantastic experience with an experienced and very professional dentist who takes great care of his patients. One very relieved 18 year old!

Dr Kee has dealt with my dental problems for some years, involved usual fillings, extractions, fitting two gold caps and two partial dentures. Now in my 80's, have had dentures for almost 70 years ! Recently had new one's , none of the usual pain and discomfort which have experienced in past. they just fitted perfectly. Dr Kee is a fantastic dentist, I doubt whether you could find a better dentist in Harley Street. It is rumoured he has a patient who lives in South Australia and visits every year to have Dr Kee look after his his teeth !.

I have been registered at Oadby dental clinic for a number of years now and in all honesty I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have been very lucky, as all my life I believe I have had some good dentists and Dr Kee is no exception, infact he is probably the Crème de la Crème so to speak. He is always friendly and welcoming as are all his staff. I actually don't get anxious any more about going to the dentist. Dr Kee has always been so meticulous in his work and everything has been pain free, even the Injections of which you don't even feel. In fact I had my very first mouth injection with Dr Kee although I already had 4 fillings from previous dentists, I was more scared of the Injections than I was of the pain, so had never been numbed by an injection before. As it was a replacement filling Dr Kee gently explained that he would have to drill deeper down and he wouldn't want to do it without numbing it first. Since then, I have never looked back. The service is excellent and you even get a text message the day before any appointment as a polite reminder. Just last week I had painful tooth and when I rang for an appointment I was asked if I could be there in 45 minutes. NOW that's better service than the doctors !! Whilst sitting in the waiting room one day I got speaking to a lady who had moved away from the area but she still travelled back to Leicester to see Dr Kee. When asked why she said, he is "Simply the Best" Personally, I couldn't agree more. Well done everyone and thank you Dr Kee.

Oadby Dental Clinic is just across the road from me, but even more importantly it's staff are competent and helpful - even in the face of little misunderstandings and my extreme curiosity (I ask a lot of questions!) I have seen Dr. Bert Kee a few times now and have to say that he has a flawless dental technique (as evidenced by the smooth groves I can now feel defining the back of my teeth, and the lack of pain it took to get there). Not only this but his etiquette remained immaculate even when I had forgotten to bring along one or two bits of important info to set up my Denplan subscription Overall, I would recommend anyone in the area to move their treatment here as it's affordable, professional and just a great dental practice

He rebuilt a back tooth for me just this morning, and I can report that he took great care to do an exemplary job. Mr Kee is friendly, empathic, extremely skilled, has the highest professional standards, and takes pride in his work. I have been an NHS patient at Oadby Dental Clinic since it opened over 15 years ago and have always been happy, for a long time I travelled from Derby to Leicester for my 6 monthly check ups as the service is so good. I love that they remind me of my appointment with a call a couple of days before, there's free parking which makes arrangements easy and Mr Kee is always friendly & professional. On the odd occasion I have needed any work they have always tried to complete it during the same visit or find a conveinient time for me to return. All in all, a great overall service.
