I visited Smiles by Gurms to have a consultation about my teeth and what could be done to improve their appearance as they've always made me self conscious. From the moment I walked in I was wowed, this place is just stunning. Dr Gurms was knowledgeable and made me feel so at ease, we talked through my options and what would suit my wants best. I have now completed my smile journey which included whitening and composite bonding and am left with the most incredible teeth I could have ever wished for with absolutely no damage to my natural teeth. All the team here are so kind and friendly, from the girls on reception to the lovely Holly who I had an education appointment with - she taught me so much about oral hygiene she was amazing. And of course Dr Gurms himself who is just a wizard in his work. THANK YOU Smiles by Gurms for giving my confidence in my appearance and going above and beyond for your patients.

Highly recommend, the best dentist in the UK! After searching for a Dentist for nearly over a year, I came across Dr Gurms Instagram profile and booked myself for a consultation for my Invisalign treatment. From the second I walked into Smiles by Gurms Dental practice for my initial consultation, I was warmly greeted by very friendly helpful staff. Everything was so professional and everyone was so kind and helpful which made me feel at ease quickly. Dr Gurms and his team he has made me feel comfortable and he was very easy to build a trust rapport with. Previously, I had the worst dental experiences. I always been so unhappy with the work which has been done on my teeth by previous dentists. However, Dr Gurms and his team are amazing! Their welcoming, services and results been much more than I expected. He always listened my concerns and find the best solutions possible to achieve the results. I was always very nervous about finding a good dentist. When looking for braces, I found it hard to find a dentist I could trust. I had a consultation with Dr Gurms and followed him on Instagram. I have never felt comfortable going to the dentist. I was always so unhappy with my teeth and it really knocked my confidence. However, Dr Gurms has been amazing with making me feel comfortable when attending his clinic. From when I first came for my consultation to now, my teeth has improved so much and they’re not even finished yet! I had initially asked if I needed the top 6 teeth doing but he assured me I only needed 4 as they were the ones you could see when I smiled. The most incredible, talented and professional dentist there is! Before visiting Smiles by Gurms I had received orthodontic treatment twice before, once on the NHS and the second time privately. Unhappy with the results, I booked a consultation with Gurms. My first impression was outstanding, he was welcoming, honest about the most suitable treatment plan for me including full disclosure of the costs and most of all he understood exactly what I wanted to achieve. Fast forward 3 years and my teeth still look brand new. I had Invisalign treatment for around 6 months, whitening and composite bonding on 8 teeth. I continue to visit the clinic for my annual check ups and hygiene appointments and remain impressed with the service I receive. Best place ever to get your teeth fixed! Will not recommend any extra work if you do not need it! I wanted cosmetic bonding but was told I simply didn’t need it once I had my Invisalign and whitening done! Not many dentists will tell you that, they will want you to spend your money! I traveled all the way from London to attend this surgery after having consultations with people local to me, I was put at ease from the first meeting which is huge as I have a severe phobia of dentists and had not been to one for years prior to this surgery! Nice relaxed atmosphere, not sold a million things, work was carried out nicely and no rushed jobs! In a nutshell u will be barmy to go elsewhere … the love and care from this surgery is phenomenal! Started with fixed quick straight teeth treatment for about 18mths and hadn’t quite achieved what I needed before my hen trip. Dr Gurms arranged for Invisalign for an extra couple of months before my wedding to make sure we achieved the best possible result. He went above and beyond in the whole process. There may be some cowboys out there offering cheaper straightening but I would steer clear. The treatment by Dr Gurms and the aftercare I have received is incredible and so worth the money. I never smiled with my teeth (EVER!) and now I never stop smiling. Finally get compliments on my teeth. Something I never thought would happen. Highly recommend!

It took me 2 years to finally make my decision to take the plunge and invest into Invisalign, some cosmetic bonding and boutique whitening and it was the best investment I’ve ever made. It was a long journey because of covid and some set backs but Dr Gurms and his team were professional and accommodating throughout. Dr Gurms is a perfectionist so you know the outcome will be to the best standard. It was hard for me to see his vision of the final result as the movement from my retainers were so sutble, but as we got closer to the end of my treatment I could finally see it all coming together and now I have the perfect smile….trust the process!
